The box has a very good atmosphere - there is a 'resting corner' where you can chill after the workout and stretch your legs on the sofa or just hang out at the bar sipping on your protein shake. If you want to post online your success, you can do so as well as they also have a free wifi. Separate changing rooms and showers are of course at your service. I definitely recommend the Cross fit eo facility to every one that is considering doing or doing cross fit or just Cross fit curious.

On the good side: - friendly staff who answers your questions and show you exercises - open 24 hours a day - modern machines - different sections (the free weight section where most bodybuilders are is separated from the rest) - free parking On the negative side: - from 18:00 to 20:00 it is very very full, but that is true for most gyms - on the upper floors it can get warm, but it got a lot better after the works they did recently - they only offer a 1-year membership and no trial training All in all I would recommend this gym to everybody who knows a bit what they are doing and don't need a trainer for every exercise

I wipe down and clean the machines every time but I'm getting sick more now since I've started going to this fitness first. :-( Locker rooms are never clean. I've gone in the morning, afternoon and evening and I can say there is no difference, NOT CLEAN. It's a pity. Broken machine - I've reported twice and shown photos and still the staff does not repair. In general, my fitness needs are met with this fitness studio. I now have the unlimited membership for MyFitnessCard.de so I have the option to go to this gym or others. Great benefits with this program, best ever that I've seen in Germany with lots of flexibility and easy out cancellation. Keep these things in mind for this Fitness Studio- -Parking - it's direct center in Schwabing so parking is limited. I come by bicycle so it's ok. -Peak Times - yeah it's Crazy packed full of all kinds of people and because Germans don't like to open windows (they are afraid of the breeze) the air is stuffy, smelly and hot, hot, hot! -Locker Rooms get filled fast, even with not a lot of people they seem full, no place to put your bag down, small showers.

The weight machines are all pretty new and in good shape. The cardio machines are a bit older but also in good condition. There's a room for free weights, as well. When I went to sign up there was no hard sell; all the prices are made clear and you only pay for what you want to use (I'll leave the sauna to the naked Germans, thanks all the same). A basic membership includes regular (once every couple months) sessions with a trainer to set up and tweak your workout. My trainer did a great job of listening to my specific goals and designing a workout that I will enjoy. So far the gym has never been too crowded when I've been there. I was told it gets pretty full Monday and Wednesday evenings, but I'd rather go in the mornings, anyway. Overall I'm quite pleased with this place, especially for the price.
