Some of the seeds like flaxseed and Chia seeds which I was paying an amazing lot of money at the local health store turned out to be so much cheaper here. That too, the same brand and the same packaging... Also the best place for nappies as they are always on special here. Not only that the pharmacist are so helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to explain the product and how to use. They are open till late and there is always someone help you even late. Plenty of parking is available. I am a regular and I really do think that this place really offers great customer service.

Campsie has an INSANE number of chemists, but why go to any other?

It is marketed as a wholesale pharmacy, and some items if on sale are definitely cheaper than in the supermarkets or other pharmacies. I was going there for this exact reason, I buy Nutraplus moisturiser (lots of it) and it is wholesale around $27. This place was selling it for this price for a while, but then jacked it up to over $32. I can buy online for cheaper, so that's what I am doing, but I would prefer to buy locally and support local business where possible. Anyway, the whole sale price has not increased online so I don't know why these guys are selling it for so much. That aside, there is a GP in the back of the shop, which is really handy if you need to see someone about a minor ailment and then you are straight in the pharmacy to fill the prescription. He's kind and thorough, and I prefer him to every other doctor I've seen in the area. It's really convenient having a GP within the pharmacy if you need a quick perscription. This place carries my highest recommendation for personal products and general medical care in Newtown!

They have matte lipstick…read more Do I need to say more? Well granted it's not cheap lipstick, but it's matte. And beautiful. And matte. This place is huge. And it has everything. From facial cleansers, to make up, to nail polish, to heart monitor thingies, shampoo's, dyes... And quite a few lip balms too for those of us that are lip balm freaks. Great little pharmacy to pick up things that you need to grab on your way home.

Yes, it is more expensive but I promise you the pharmacists working there take their role seriously and are incredibly helpful.
