I'd had a couple of iPhones repaired here and had no problems. Decent prices and good, English-speaking customer service. However, I had an iPad screen replaced here about 6 months ago. I wasn't informed that the screen would be from a 3rd party, not an Apple product. The hole for the home button was different. The edges of the iPad were scraped. It worked OK for a month or so. But then, it started going haywire -- touches to one part of the screen either did nothing or caused something unintentional to happen. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt for the expensive repair (my bad). And I have an iPad that is very frustrating to use. read more
