Parking spaces are city sized - not tiny, so you can fit a medium sized SUV in, but not huge either. If there isn't an attendant you can park until 7am for $10 by shoving exact change into a weird locker like box. Just find the slot for your parking spot. The attendant, while I was there, was nice enough. They didn't seem concerned about people cutting through the lot - so make sure you lock your car and treat it a bit more like street parking - though it is well lit so it might be safer.

The garage has two entrances, one on East Barre and one on East Conway. The signage for parking is clear and legible. I used the Spothero app to prepay for parking because I hate having to drive around trying to find a lot. I'd rather just have a place picked and park effortlessly. All I had to do was scan my QR code from the Spothero reservation and voila---the merchanical arm shot up. The QR code also successfully enabled me to exit the garage. Because it was later in the evening, the QR code was also needed to reenter the building corridor to the elevators to the garage. I paid $9.75 to park for 3 hours. Totally worth it and will definitely use Spothero to park at this garage.

The place is a total scam, but I get the convenience of it being in downtown though, make sure to read allllll the signs because they'll come down and show pictures of the signs to patronize you and say you didn't read it. They will also get super sensitive when you serve them the kind of attitude they were giving and say that the whole conversation has been recorded, super fun experience.
