This meant that our group had a room to ourselves which is quite nice as you don't feel like you're making too much noise for neighbouring tables. The food was a bit of a let down though. The tricolore salad starter was nice but nothing special. It was an average tomato and mozzarella dish with avocado. I would not recommend the crab cakes main though which are very bland and need a lot more seasoning. Even the lemon wedges couldn't salvage them. Other people at my table seemed to enjoy their pizzas and calzones so I'd suggest sticking with those. I wouldn't go for the food, but I'm giving it three for the space and service.

We wanted to change our reservation to slightly later as the sun was shining and they were very accommodating. They have a garden out the front where you can enjoy a drink or your dinner. The food was delicious and the option to choose two smaller portions of two different pasta dishes was great when it was difficult to chose between the extensive menu.

They had deals during the week "buy one pizza, get one free." We ended up all getting our own. There was four of us so we did two mediums and two larges. The garlic butter is not like the garlic butter we have either. It tasted like a creamy ranch with herbs in it. I can't remember the name of the pizza I got since the menu is different than it is at home and finding it online has been impossible, but the pizza was absolutely phenomenal! I was a piggy for my birthday and had a large (hehehe). I killed a good portion of it that evening, and then had two pieces for breakfast before going to the airport the next day. I wish it tasted like this at home. The crust was different as ours has garlic butter and parmesan on the crust, and in the UK it was plain and pan crust. I haven't had a pan pizza in a long time and forgot how much I like it. The delivery didn't take very long, and there was a generous portion of toppings. WE LOVED IT!!!!

Service however is generally much worse than any other pizza hut that i've been to. I found the staff (with the exception of one waiter who was extremely polite and friendly) to be rude and unhelpful. It was almost like they went out of their way to make things as difficult as possible for us. They were rude when we asked for assistance, they took ages to seat us and even longer to bring our food out. There were so many dirty tables and they seemed to have a lot of staff members doing nothing. I wasn't impressed with this pizza hut but the food was good.

However, I came here a month ago with my husband and visiting family only because my niece only wanted familiar foods from the US ...*sigh...I know*... Anyways, husband orders the Hawaiian. In fact, it was the heavily featured that month (and still is apparently). He was first brought a meat laden pizza by the server which was nothing like a Hawaiian. We tell the server the mistake though he should have known that a Hawaiian looks nothing like that. And then he comes out with a creamy cheese laden pizza full of red onion! What the ..?! Where's the pineapple? Or the ham?! My husband quietly just eats it because everyone was already served their order and didn't want to cause a fuss but both him and I are internally screaming at the server for not knowing what the establishment's own featured pizza was and serving some disgusting concoction.
