They performed a sprinkler 'blow-out' for us in 2020 at my request, but NOT in 2021 (the year they want to bill us for) b/c we did it ourselves. We attempted to contact them multiple times to explain that we never asked for nor received service in 2021 but they refused to take a phone call. Now they sent their false bill off to collections. What a weird un-cooperative company. Guess they think they can just claim they provided service and chase down customers to force them to pay for something they did not do nor was requested to do. The fact that they cannot even take a phone call and look into their mistaken billing is a clear indicator of the lack of mores surrounding this business operation. Avoid KB Sprinkler.
