Even got a letter emailed confirming cancellation and full refund back to my payment method. Never happened. Letter was digitally signed. Company ghosted me and never responded to any emails or phone calls as soon as I started asking about refund. This is a scam company doing business as "Top Travel Locations", as soon as I questioned this with a phone rep she got suspiciously silent and place me on hold where I remained forever until I hung up. Save your money, do not use. I can't stress this enough. I'm out almost $3,000.00 from this company's fraudulent and unlawful behaviors.
