Even got a letter emailed confirming cancellation and full refund back to my payment method. Never happened. Letter was digitally signed. Company ghosted me and never responded to any emails or phone calls as soon as I started asking about refund. This is a scam company doing business as "Top Travel Locations", as soon as I questioned this with a phone rep she got suspiciously silent and place me on hold where I remained forever until I hung up. HUGE waste of time & money. Yes, I got dupped for $1999. They will NOT refund completely. Booking are not possible....not available. I tried!! All they do is fake advertise your timeshare, not affiliated at all with Marriott which I first I thought they were. First they say, wait 60 days, that's when they offers "come in" (past the 10 day "free" trial). After months of requesting money back, they offer $499 because that's all I have "left" in my account. A few weeks later, after threatening with a demand letter from my lawyer, Alex offers to meet me halfway at $999. "No" I say! "I want my $1999 back". Then a few weeks later Alex calls with $1500 offer refund...Jeeezzz! I am waiting for credit card refund because they will hopefully reimburse $1999 plus interest wasted (~$300) hopefully. What a fraudulent company! I was told that I would get my money back if they could not rent my property, not true. The contract is a bit dodgy with regards to this but the rep was quite sure I would either rent my property of get my money back after the second 180 days. Well that time has passed and now I am told they just keep marketing it. What a lie, just a bunch of crooks. If I cold have completed this with 0 stars I would have. They are nothing but some crooks. If you have $2000 and you are looking to make some money, I suggest making other investment decisions. All they do is string you along, their "contracts" look like a 12 year old wrote them and they just want you to sign and return them to make it look like they have actually done something. They will tell you that there is a "refund option", this is a lie. The only "refund" is them holding you hostage for additional time with them that you don't want so that they can "rent" your property to "refund" you the money. When you call and ask to speak to a manager they say one is not available, but if you call right back and ask for a manager again they will tell you that the previous person that you spoke to was a manager. Do yourself a favor and go by lotto tickets or go to the casino, you will have better luck getting your money's worth. read more

Signed a contract with them to market and find renters for properties in my vacation club. I paid $1996.00. They stated that I could expect to complete a rental agreement in 60 - 90 days. That was August 2023. I never heard from them again. I contacted them by email in February 2024. I received a phone call stating I would receive offers the following week, I did receive offers... regarding properties that I am totally unaffiliated with. I have contacted the Florida Attorney General (who has forwarded my complaint to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. Additionally, I am in counsel with my legal representative regarding this matter. They are a fraud and I will pursue every legal recourse until I receive a full refund. read more

This company knew everything about us and acted as if they were part of the organization that we have our timeshare with. Advance Travel Networks made statements and promises that they could have never kept. We were taken advantage of by a sales person who misrepresented their company and said they were affiliated with RCI, but they are not. They even said that they called us to verify dates of availability for our timeshare, which was not true. They have never called us, especially on the dates they said the called. We paid them $1900 and they refuse to refund us. If you talk to these people, don't sign the contract without talking to your lawyer! Beware! read more

They prey on the elderly, thankfully I walked into my Dad's house to hear him on the phone with his credit card company attempting to lift a temporary hold on his account because of a withdrawal attempt by ATN. Bridget, if that is her real name repeatedly dialed my father in an attempt to get a different payment option. I blocked the three different numbers and then she called from a different line. I picked up and told her that this was predatory, my Father is 81 years old with Dementia, she said that they hadn't even withdrawn funds, when in fact they had attempted to 3 times. The amount was for just under $2400.00. Total Fucking Grubs...Even when you go on their site there is not pictures of employees, and no properties to speak of. This should be investigated.. If I could put no stars I would. We were lied to from the beginning by Andrew, told it would take 30 days to get the $ back. we paid $1,996 for "4 weeks of ours to get rented." We were told we would get our money back after 180 days. Thats a lie. every time we called they said "we are sending offers by the end of the week." they are full of shit. In 6 months we have received two offers. We talk to someone different every time, they won't pull the recordings like I've asked them. This is a damn scam. Don't fall for their calls. It's a shame they're even a business. They steal your money and make it sound "promising." Complete joke and anyone who works for them are morons. I wish I would have checked yelp and other reviews on Advanced Travel Network. All of the reviews you read are 100% true. They have no intention of actually selling your get away weeks that they talk you into activating for $1996.00 They will tell you that you have only 10 days to cancel and then after that you are stuck in their contract which DOES NOT state anywhere in it that if they do not rent your property within the year contract that you are just shit out of luck. They kept telling me I would have a refund offer to get my full deposit back and they would never just take my money without performing on their side. They will never provide anything other than the original contract in writing and even today as my 1 year contract expired on 5/31/24, they tell me they will still advertise and market my property until they get it rented and my money back. I have asked them to provide me an extended contract to sign, nope they will not provide this. I am now taking action and looking for all reviews online and hoping to gather enough people to go after them with a class action settlement. At the very least, this fake scam company needs to be SHUT DOWN! I am not even sure how the employees that work there sleep at night knowing they are lying to innocent people daily and taking our money.
