While I appreciate that it's free, the area for it is so small that unless you're one of the first to arrive, you won't have a view of the performers. And the aerial hoop lady was disappointing. Her athleticism would have been on display better had she not been on a propped up ring. Parking is also scarce for an outdoor concert. If you live nearby, it's a cool place, assuming outdoor more outdoor tables are set up on regular non-concert days. I give The Point credit for having a Van Leeuwen, their ice cream is incredible.

Many of the spaces are for lease. There was a business where you can rent the space to take selfies with the full lighting and background setups. The only two stores I visited were the two large second hand stores. The one downstairs is mostly women's and the one upstairs is only men's. Service, selection and prices were great at both. They both sell clothing, shoes, and accessories. Cash discount. Parking: There is plenty of parking surrounding the entire mall, and it's free.

The water feature doesn't work. But there are still scores of screaming kids that run up and down the concrete remains. The escalators to and from the parking frequently are broken. And yet they continue to charge outrageous amounts for the parking, now through centralized pae stations rather than meters which are unattractively bagged with bright yellow plastic bags. The service is good at all the businesses except Cinepolis Luxury Theatre, they have their own issues to fix with service quality. The prices are specific to each business and seem to be fair for the service and experience you receive. I'm really excited to see what this marketplace will become once it's fully opened.
