They price goods for sale based upon condition, rather than a set price for that type of garment and as such there are bargains to be had. As with most charity shops, they stock some ranges of new goods, notably dolls houses and furniture as well as some smaller gift items. The shop is the other side of the tram tracks and often gets missed by visitors, so it is worth seeking out if you like a bargain. The staff and volunteers are helpful and will often look in the 'back room' at newly received items if there is something in particular you need. As ever, a worthy cause.

It is a great chain of card shops with lots of good quality cards for all occasions but at very reasonable prices. There are often special deals on birthday cards such as 10 good quality cards for £1 - these are regular offers so you can rely on getting some bargains. The store also sells a range of small gifts some of which can be bought wrapped with cellophane and bows. There are so many ranges of goods crammed into the shop that it is difficult to get around the shop when it is busy and if you are a wheelchair user or mum with a buggy you will find it very difficult to get around the shop if there are more than a handful of customers in already.A row of baskets and boxes with offer goods in right near the main door does not help.This lack of space seems to be common in a lot of card factory shops but space is at a premium in this store, some of the stock is even put outside the store in wire baskets. great cards, great prices but would be even better with more space to move around..

With little money to my name until the following payday, I decided it was time to do something fun, active, outdoorsy, and more importantly, shift my lazy friends off their butts! I drove to toys r us and entering the place was like a kids dream. It's a good job I don't remember this place first whenever I receive any money! I sought out what I wanted, amidst wandering and pondering through the isles of how much cooler some of these toys were compared to my gadgets. WATERGUNS!!! Have you actually seen the range they have?? I wish I'd taken a picture. You had the cheap, the decent and the expensive but one could be found worthwhile to last the summer of fun we planned ahead :) Even though the water pistle extravaganza escaped photographic evidence, the giant Lego built Lego man did not! If you want an hour or two of fun, head on down :)
