After talking with Tonya, one of the Studio Red Coaches, I gathered my courage and girded my big boy pants to give it a try. I wasn't feeling 100% when I came in (up late, dogs up early wanting to play on me), but when the 50 minutes were up, my body was tired in a good way, and my brain was ready for more. Tonya showed how to perform the exercises and gave modifications, and kept the class going, spending time with each of us. The three free classes a month seems to be a little used benefit that I will be taking advantage of more often.

However, I've only been a member for 3 weeks. In that time, the movie room has been down for a week. The massage chairs, they only have 8 for the entire facility. One has been down since before I started and another went down today. Now there are only 6 for everyone to share. The pool is a great amenity but they only offer one evening water aerobics class. For working individuals, the morning classes aren't an option. So, all that being said, I am enjoying my membership. There are a lot of cardio machines so usually no wait if you want to do that. A basketball court, intense workout classes, free weights, personal trainers, and much more. It is worth the costs.

If you want to work out by yourself, it is almost a private gym where you have access to everything all the time. Brian has been great for the 9 months I have been here.
