I did have one experience where a piece of beef was undercooked however that wasn't an experience to keep me away, I am still visiting today and can't see myself stopping anytime soon. It is the best tasting Chinese I know of around my area also the service is generally pleasant and I can't remember a bad experience with the owners or staff there. I believe it deserves it's 4 stars.
