I've been putting off tinting my 2025 Cadillac Escalade for a year, mostly due to the daunting task…read moreof finding a truly quality shop that wasn't just about looks but also serious performance. After endless research, I landed on ICT PROS window Tinting and let me tell you, this wasn't just a service; it was an upgrade to my entire driving experience. The Booking and Welcome From the first contact with Paco the owner I knew I was in good hands. He was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helped me book an early Saturday morning slot.... amazing flexibility might I add! Walking in, the waiting area it was spotless, comfortable, and I was even offered a beverage, making the wait feel like a mini-spa session.  The Product & Process turned out to be all worth the 5Star review. We went with the ceramic tint, 5% all around (excluding the windshield for safety/legality, though they offer full windshield options too). Why ceramic? Because I wanted serious heat rejection, not just darkness. The application was flawles and also took less than two hours for a full SUV, smooth as glass, with zero imperfections, bubbles, or scratches.  The Results & Performance were MIND BLOWING * Heat Rejection: The difference is night and day. My truck stays noticeably cooler, even in direct sun. It's like stepping into a shaded oasis compared to my other car. The A/C works less, and I don't feel that harsh, direct sun burn on my skin anymore. * Privacy & Glare: The 5% (or 35% on sides/windshield strip) offers incredible privacy; people are just silhouettes from the outside, yet inside, it's like wearing quality sunglasses with clear visibility, minimal glare, but total sun blockage. * Aesthetics: The finish is deep, rich, and professional. It completely changed the look of my truck, giving it that sleek, custom, high-end appearance.  The Service & Expertise was 6 out of 5 stars...... Paco and his partner... I forget her name.... (I'm so sorry) explained everything clearly, from VLT percentages to the benefits of ceramic. They were professional, detail-oriented, and clearly passionate about their work. Paco the owner even took time to show me around and ensure everything was perfect after.  Long story short..... If you're looking for more than just dark windows..... and want superior heat protection, UV blocking, amazing aesthetics, and a team that treats you like family..... look no further. ICT PROS window tinting delivered on every promise and then some the VERY BEST most professional PERFECT customer service experience I've ever experienced!!!! I'm already planning to bring my other car back. This is the gold standard for tinting! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
