Our new order came in and it was a complete difference, we are so happy with them! And the installer Pete was excellent , he was the one who didn't like how the first order worked and brought it to Paula's attention. We were so impressed with her help and professionalism. Three of the blinds are signature roller blinds with a metal chain to pull up and down. The blinds started to fray on the left side and we replaced 2 of them. The blinds are fraying again. When I called to see what a solution might be, I was told to trim them with scissors. I was taken aback by the lack of customer service. Do I just keep trimming until nothing is left and then what? After 2 more phone calls, the manager finally called and explained that's all I can do. The 2 smaller windows could be replaced by ones that push up, at our expense to remove and replace. The larger window we can't do anything about and replacement would be at our cost. It would have been helpful to deal with someone who actually has customer service In mind. Too bad Rebecca wasn't there. We will never deal with Budget Blinds again and I will not recommend them to anyone!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
