I ordered a sectional through them in September 2018. I picked it up myself but when I arrived…read morehome I discovered it was not in the arrangement I requested. I called and they reordered it correctly this time and they are delivering it for free. My biggest complaint is I requested first thing in the morning or as late in the day as possible where I didn't have to miss work. I just received a call saying they will be delivering it between 12-2 and they only way I can change that is to reschedule for next Thursday. I am upset because I will have miss work for at 3 hrs for this after I spent my time picking it up the first time I will have to miss work all while waiting 6 weeks to get the correct setup that I paid for. I will not use them again ever!!
