The last time I was here, this was Richland Lanes, that should tell you how long ago that was. What…read morea glow up, if you will. They really put in some great work here to make it a well-used, family friendly attraction. Yes, I am calling this an attraction as there are a multitude of things to do in here besides bowling. To the basics here, bowling. Bowling is easy to get going here. Walk in, tell them how many in your party, pay for the game, pick up your shoes and make your way to the lane they assigned to you. Electronic scoring, so no need to worry if you do not know how to figure bowling math. The lanes can be reserved either by the amount of games you plan to play or within a timeframe (like you want the lane for 2 hours). Bumper bowling is available with the railing going up and down if assigned to a person in your party. Balls are available if you aren't an avid bowler, and smaller weight balls, specifically for kids, are usually behind the counter. Our game had five people in our party. We paid for one round of bowling. But before we were able to get to the tenth frame, the lane shutdown. A simple trip to the counter to let them know we were done yet and they had us back up in no time. Each lane has a table behind it in the general area that is reserved to the lanes in front of it. So if you were to order food you can enjoy it here and continue your game. (Review for that restaurant on property forthcoming). Once done with the game, replace your ball, return your shoes, and then you can go about your day. However, there are other things to do here in you see it fit to do. Aside from the restaurant mentioned before, there is a separate section that looks like you can reserve for a private party, good for birthdays and what not. On top of that, they have a pretty decent arcade where you can win token for prizes. In the arcade area there is also laser tag. If you have a card for the arcade, you can swipe it for a game of laser tag. You would think that was enough for under one roof, but there is one more feature to this place. Escape rooms. They have two themed escape rooms that you can play. Not sure if they plan on switching them over anytime soon, but if you have played both of them, you've completed that for here.

My party and I arrived in the evening and were able to still secure a lane for at least one game of bowling. This was my niece's first visit ever to a bowling alley and she had a great time. Of course going with a three year old meant we were going to need accommodations. Luckily bumper bowling and a ramp were readily available. To say my niece had an enjoyable time can go without saying. She enjoyed herself so much she cannot wait to go again. Smiling and jumping up and down each time that ball hit even one pin at the end of the alley. Shoe rental prices were reasonable and the going norm: $2.50. Price per game was not bad either. If you wanted to use your card to pay you need to reach a certain amount in order to do so, but that option is always available. Arcade inside if bowling is not your thing. Snack bar has been converted to a Fox's Pizza Den. So if you come here you can definitely get a full meal to go with your game. Or you can order and have it delivered to your home as well.
