I was told by Leah that she had been instructed to close when there were less than 3 customers in the pub. There were around 12-14 people still drinking, and she was playing the AWP (fruit machine.) The till had already been 'cashed-up.' I might have taken this rubbish excuse as a 'lack of business sense' as I appreciate she is not a professional member of the BII, except for the fact that when I pointed out the number of people present in the pub I was told 'It's no good getting the arse, just because you can't get a pint.' TRULY appalling customer service!!! I have used this pub for 3 years... NEVER AGAIN!
