If you need a kick-start and really want to learn healthy lifestyle choices - this program is fantastic. My only criticism is around the follow-up and aftercare program. Less than a year later, I am off the program and struggling to 'reset' and regain my footing. I reached out a few times to them to ask for help. They provide a few choices - continue in the after care program after you complete the first portion of the program, or book an appointment and see their nutritionist. I paid to see the nutritionist who really encouraged me to try new recipes, which was not exactly what I needed at the time. The key takeaway for me is that there is no magic bullet. Although I learned a lot, the real work and lifestyle change is really just up to me. Additional pluses? The staff and doctors are great - especially while you are in the program and an active patient. The facility is nice and the programs they do (yoga, meditation, food shopping) are informative and fun.
