Rachel is the owner and worked with us while trying on the dresses. It seemed a little overwhelming to decide on a dress on the same day but she manage to pursue us. At the end of my purchase not only was I advised that the seamstress could create miracles and she did. It was very difficult to come meet the seamstress a few times because the dress I chose was not meant for my body. at the end of the day the dress had been altered where I was not 100% happy although the seamstress Elizabeth did her best after the position she was placed in. I would suggest also that if you are set on a dress although the price was definitely workable, that it is made for your body and not altered all together. Second Rachel is the owner of Tildy flowers. The advertisements are beautiful, but after carefully doing some research I could have spent a little less on flowers because prices here are a bit over prized and I was shocked when I signed a contract with her as my florist and to my surprise I come to pay my balance to only find out that there was a $100 delivery and $150 taxes that were not added, which at this point left a sour taste because you just don't surprise a bride already on a tight budget to a $250 additional cost added to the contract. Not to mention the cherry on top, I had to deliver all vases back, when I live over an hour away. I guess you should ask these questions before you are hit with "its stated in the contract". I was disappointed by the way the business part was managed but the flowers were beautiful.

The owner opened box, and agreed to put it in shop for consignment. Now, i will admit it was my fault for not reading contract before signing it. I left dress shop and hoped it would sell. Life went on, daughter was diagnosed with Grade 4 glioblastoma brain tumor so all our focus was on her. I finally had time to go back in after not ever hearing from them again to see what the status was of the dress. The owner and another employee was sitting at a table chatting and I explained I had come in to see about daughters dress. I was told they only keep dress 180 days unless you come back in and resign contract. They don't call or email reminders. The owner said if they dont hear from you that they donate the dress. She then continued by saying bringing the dress to the shop is probably the last effort to get rid of it. Not so in our case. Again, my fault for not reading contract but an email or a phone call would have been nice to ask if they can donate or if we wanted back. If you decide to use this business, please make sure you read contract and keep track of the dates. I am very disappointed with this business and if I had to do it again, would try to sell on my own.

She had me pick a few different dresses to see the style I liked and we realized I liked flowy dresses with a sweetheart neckline that is preferably jewel-toned and she found just that, the most perfect dress I fell in love with it as soon as I put it on. She then brought me a necklace and earrings which matched perfectly with the dress. The little Asian woman that everyone says is so rude, was super nice and complimented the color and the fit on my body and said it needed no alterations other then maybe a small hem. I came into town to attend a wedding and had two dresses that needed to be steamed the same day. Our hotel suggested Camille's of Wilmington down the street, so I called right when they opened. I spoke with Brandi, and she told me to bring the dresses in immediately and that she would steam them for me. She was able to steam both dresses within an hour! Brandi truly saved the day and went above and beyond to help me. She did an amazing job, and I couldn't be more grateful. I would highly recommend this store! My daughter and I went together not knowing what to expect. It was a wonderful experience! Quinn helped us and was great! She stayed in the background to allow space for my daughter and I, but was right there when we needed to ask her something. She gave great suggestions and was helpful when we asked for color options. They have a huge selection of MOB dresses! I appreciate that the price is on the tag. One place I went to, I had to ask for every price, which is ridiculous! The store is gorgeous! There was zero pressure to buy. She made note of my favorites and told us to call her once we decided. I highly recommend adding this place to your list. We're fortunate to have Camilles here because otherwise we are lacking in formal selections.

BRIDES BEWARE! Initially, Sam seemed wonderful to work…read morewith. After visiting several shops without finding what I wanted, she offered to create a custom gown exactly how I wanted it. She took all my measurements and said it should fit perfectly with little to no alterations. She advised me to monitor my weight and measurements, which I did. I was told it would be ready in approximately 7 months. That was July 2025. In February 2026, I contacted her for an update. She said the gown had arrived but she hadn't worked on it because she was busy with brides whose weddings were before mine. She finally contacted me in April to schedule a fitting. 4/21: The dress was WAY too big. At least 4-6" too wide and 2" too long. Sam claimed I'd lost 2" despite my weight being unchanged. Even if I'd lost weight, my height hadn't changed. I had also requested a specific cat-eye neckline and sent a reference photo at her request, but the gown had a rounded sweetheart neckline that looked nothing like it. She promised to fix everything, including the neckline, and I resent to reference photo. 7/15-8/6: I contacted her on 7/15 for an update because my bridal portraits were scheduled for 8/10 and received no response. On 7/16, I followed up and explained the urgency. She said she'd email the factory. This was the first I'd heard that the entire dress was being remade. On 8/2, I followed up again. She said she'd "just emailed them on Friday" and would update me ASAP. On 8/6, she said the dress would arrive 8/14 and asked me to reschedule my portraits. I requested a fitting on 8/16 or 8/17 but received no response. 8/17-8/18: I texted on 8/17 saying I'd never heard back and asking when I could come in. She said she was leaving the country in a few days and wouldn't return until 9/9. We scheduled a fitting for 9/14. On 8/18 I tested my concerns and requested a photo of the dress. The attached screenshots show the exchange. Her response was dismissive, she never replied to my last message, and I heard nothing further until the morning of my appointment. 9/14: I arrived and learned she hadn't actually gone on the trip. I'd already canceled my portraits and worked around her schedule. The neckline was still wrong. I wanted a V in the center with pointed ends, but it was straight across with no V. She had also changed the back without permission. It was supposed to have a zipper with buttons, but she replaced it with a corset. I cried and asked why she'd changed the back without consulting me. She blamed my supposedly fluctuating weight, which wasn't true and didn't explain why she'd chosen a corset. When I pointed out the neckline was still wrong, she argued that it was what I'd requested despite receiving reference photos twice. She eventually said, "fine, I'll fix it" defensively. I told her I needed the dress by 10/4 at the latest. 9/24: I asked to schedule a final fitting around 10/4 and whether the dress would be ready. She said it was already finished and she'd be away 10/3-10/6. She had never notified me it was ready. I asked about availability on 9/28 and got no response, so I booked through her website myself. 9/28: The neckline had been altered and the original zipper and buttons restored. However, the dress no longer fit. After being made smaller to accommodate the corset I never asked for, it was not about an inch too small and wouldn't zip completely. Her only response was "I told you it would be tight." 5 weeks until my wedding, I was left needing to lose at least 5 lbs in hopes of fitting into my gown. 10/16: With only 3 weeks until my wedding, I noticed dog and cat hair on the dress, along with a disgusting yellow stain that I can only hope isn't urine! I never got to take my bridal portraits. Throughout this experience, there has been no accountability and no apology. After months of delays, unauthorized design changes, poor communication, and now a stained dress, I am devastated by the experience. I will never recommend this business to anyone! Not worth the $4640!
