The $7,500 retainer I paid was completely drained within a month, with almost nothing accomplished -- we were in court for a total of two hours. When I questioned the fees, she blamed excessive communication, but the emails were the same unanswered questions sent over and over because I could never get a straight answer. I was also billed for discovery that was never filed. She promised me on a Friday call that my case would be her first priority Monday morning. Instead, I got an invoice for even more money and then total silence -- nothing further was done on my case. I had to hire new counsel just to keep things moving, paying again for discovery and other work, and dealing with delays because the firm was slow to release my file. If you find yourself in an urgent family matter, do not waste your time or money here. You will receive false promises and zero results. This office is not there to help your case, only to collect your money.

He's hard to contact once he has your money and he will charge you up every time you call him for an update. We discontinued service with him and our new attorney is doing and has done everything that Sergio said we couldn't do, for a fraction of what Sergio charged us. Our new attorney had to also fix all of his mistakes. BEWARE of Sergio, he is not experienced and will treat you unethically once he is not benefiting from you anymore. Dean represented me in court during a harrowing divorce case which due to my ex's demands and belligerence stretched over the course of a year. Given that the possessions to be split were a debt to asset ratio of over 12:1 he was hesitant to take my case because of the additional financial burden it would place on me. He explained to me that the legal fees would far outweigh the value of the assets, but as my ex had already partnered with legal representation I had no choice but to acquire my own. No divorce case is without its own stresses and burdens, but Dean ensured that it was as painless as possible during the proceedings. He's a great man, and an even better attorney.
