Shocking technical abilities. in my experience, my watch came out much worse than it went in and I am still experiencing the underlying issues with the watch.
Further, my watch battery ran out 14 months after replacement (conveniently they guarantee for 12 months) Coincidental possibly? Or, more likely, they use the cheapest materials possible (in this case the battery)
They will tell you they can do ANYTHING but they evidently can't, the stores have obviously been briefed by HO to answer "Yes" to every enquiry, and then hope to be able to do half a job.
If you value your watch, and good customer service, please avoid. I can safely say it's one of the worst retail decisions I have ever made.
The above may seem a little OTT but my watch is VERY expensive & of huge sentimental value..
The director, Jonathan tried initially to resolve my issue but even his master technicians are negligent & of inferior skill-set to resolve any issues.
Their typical stance is "that issue has nothing to do with the battery change, it's something else, send it in to us at extra cost" Ironically, I see other reviewers have reported this...
I am now faced with a huge service cost to right their wrongs.
I did email Jonathan to update him of my situation, nor did I get an acknowledgement or a response.
In summary, please avoid! I have taken the time to write this review so others do not make the same mistake I made. read more
