Dearship refused a loaner or rental while they determined if it was under warranty even though I was supplied one 6 weeks earlier for same basic problem , I had just buried my mom the day prior transportation was needed .To say i was irrate is an understatement. I was told the issue was my fault, and not covered and the cars entire electrical system was shorted out .I contacted corporate explaining the exact issues I was having and was told to take it to another dealership . I did , was given a loaner not a rental, issues were fixed and covered under warranty and to show my appreciation to new dealership I bought a set of new Goodyear tires
