Anytime I have requested anything for my apartment it has been addressed very promptly and professionally. This last week, they did a service I have never experienced as a renter, they asked my input prior to a yearly maintenance visit! They might be OK to rent from as a tennant but do not use them to manage your property!! Unless…read moreyou want to leave voicemails and get no response. Write emails and be ignored. Stop by their office and get lied to. Most months you will get your rent late with no explanation or apology and only after you follow up multiple times. when tennents break their lease, they will not take them to small claims court like you are told. The matter will go to their 'collections' department and you will hear and see nothing about it again. You will get stuck with lost rental income, utility bills and all damages. They do not check on your property even if you request it so tennants can live in filth, leave when they want, and destroy your investment unchecked unless YOU check it yourself. I used them for about 4 years and it was EXTREMELY frustrating. Very unprofessional.
