As a result of the misrepresentation, we have experienced damage to our home which will cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair. When considering using Mr. Kurzynski as your agent when buying or selling your home we believe you should ask yourself the question; do you want to work with a person so willing to depart from the ethics to which a realtor is supposed to be bound?
