I took my girl in for grooming today in Jackson, Vann drive! They had a young girl they were…read moretraining the intake desk! My girl has been coming to pet smart for grooming for at least 7 years here and SC, always seem to be new faces but that has never been an issue! This young girl came over without saying a word to my dog put the little leash on, still never talking to her and proceeded to poke at her doing an exam and the person I guess that was training her stepped up to them and said to take control of the dog before she continued. Still no one had talked to my dog except me, but I wasn't the person poking and prodding! My dog who has never bitten or even growled at anyone growled first, and she still never spoke to her! she then snapped at the young girl ! No skin was broken and they refused to groom her after. 45 min. Ride because they had always been good with her and even said as she left that she could come back anytime she was so good! I will be hesitant to go back! Won't go back to that store maybe would go to a different one depending on where I move too! Definitely a disappointing day!!
