Clerk advised he will E Mail me my receipt . Went home and checked my receipt to notice I was charged a $39 membership fee which I did not agree on. Went back to request my money back. Was told to return the next day which I did. Clerk then advised me there are no refunds even though I did not agree to the membership . I called corporate. Corporate advised me to go back to the store a 3 rd time and request a refund . I advised the operator I felt uncomfortable going back based upon their attitudes and making me feel uncomfortable. I asked if I can go to a different local location. They advised no Beware of your receipt if you purchase anything from this GNC and knowing the clerk purposely tricked me in to a membership is unethical . Also that the store refused to refund me said money is more of a reason I knew this was a scam. Manager was absolutely no help . The BBB and Chamber of Commerce will be notified .
