The man in the pic was not happy to help me . This is usually my go to place due to me traveling here a lot . He's beyond rude . I spoke when I to him when I entered the store and he just pointed at the other worker in the back folded his arms and looked at me . He also did other customers the same way . The young lady working way in the back helping another customer came and assisted me but I was too upset to buy anything. I will not be back . Good luck with him . I don't normally do reviews but I have to . Every time I visit this store Trenisha the store manager is so pleasant. They have been out of a product I need called the synthe6 fruity cereal and she's checked around to find it for me but wasn't having any luck. I left her my phone number and told her to call or text me if she ever got it in stock again . But I was also told by customer service that they were out online and on back order. Trenisha never stopped trying to help me . A day later I received this message from her and I had to share it . she's truly amazing and will always have my business . She was determined to get me what I needed by all means and she even said she didn't want to fail me. 2 days later she text me and I hope this message is clear she's truly amazing for going over and beyond . First visit was on a Saturday. I was greeted when I walked in and the young lady in the store assisted me in picking a protein powder out of the many choices available. Yea her job is to sell products, but she spoke highly of one in particular, so I decided to go with the brand she suggested, plus the reviews I read prior to going to the store helped. The store was neat and everything in it's place. They had a small section of "sale/clearance" items. There is a wide selection of products to choose from and many brands of the same product. I would return if needed, but would definitely suggest asking for some assistance or researching brands to see the reviews. read more

I was across the street at Walmart when I called the Vitamin Shoppe, and they put me on hold. I was on hold so long that I drove and went in the store. They did not realize I was watching them as they still had me on hold. The staff consisted of a white male and a white female. They were joking with a black guy who was a friend of the white male. All the while, I was still on hold, which at that time reached 20 minutes. The persons on staff at the Vitamin Shoppe on Winchester at around noon on March 4, 2017 should be fired. read more
