The staff is pretty knowledgeable about the products they serve, but lack in the customer service department. I feel like I shouldn't have to talk myself into going somewhere to spend money and that's what I do when I need to go here. One of the last times I went in, one of they guys literally said, "What do you want" - I could tell he was having a heated/emotional discussion with someone, but there is a time and place.
