Well, for starters my family has been a patron here for many, MANY years. The employees who work there now do not have any clue about the products they are selling. You know...the things that literally affect your body. I personally knew an employee who worked there, seemingly the only person who had a clue about supplements. They were called a slur (begins with "r" and is used towards neurodivergent or mentally handicapped people) by a coworker & nothing was done. Personally, me and my family will never be going there again. I cannot spend money on a place that stands for bigotry. They don't know what they're doing anyways. Do not go here. I was called a slur by their employee Alexis, no one has extensive knowledge of nutrition and health. They push their brand even though I told them I looking for Optimum Nutrition and it seems like they just want you to sign up for their home delivery system and offered to the point I felt uncomfortable. 11/13/22 Terrible customer service . Asking for vitamins. This 2 females have no clue about anything. They carry an i pad without answers . I don't know . ?? She answered the person who got hired and is getting pay per hour she doesn't understand where she is working . Scary more when is about your body and Health.... Wow .very scary ... The vitamins are at Whole Foods cheaper and is not guide , Explanation about the vitamins. Tons of expensive pills everywhere. I felt uncomfortable, Nobody helped unwelcome and with people working here without training at all. Hire people who cares about the clients. I have been coming to the Vitamin Shoppe since It opened in my area. I am very satisfied at the customer service as well as selection of products.. They always give me the internet special price which is up to 50% OFF which a big savings! Even if you try something, and it doesn't agree with you, all you need to do is bring it back to the store w/receipt and they will exchange it or give you credit for something else.. I like this because I like to try new supplements for my workouts..and If they don't agree w/ my system all I have to do is bring them back and try something else. Prices are low but quality is not compromised.. and their prices beat GNC and other competitors. In addition the "Vitamin Shoppe" brand supplements are much higher quality than GNC brand and don't make you sick to your stomach like GNC. My two cents.. read more

I've been in here twice. While the staff is nice and somewhat helpful, I was a little irritated today. I had my kids with me (6,4,3 yr olds) and yes I had to bring them with me ( we don't have babysitters or grandparents, and my spouse works). Unfortunately we were without a vehicle today - totally on foot walking quite a ways. While I was making my selections, of course my 4 year old started doing the pee pee dance. I asked if he could use the restroom and was told no because it was only an employee restroom. I get the point, but I thought it was very insensitive to send me next door to Larkburger. So I left my merchandise and wheeled the stroller with my sleeping 3 yr old along with my other two kids to use the restroom next door. Very insensitive...... my child is only 4, so how hard would it have been to let him use the restroom, especially when I'm buying $70 worth of merchandise??? read more
