I can't rely 100% on my own limited experience. David Mitroff (the man in the picture) was extremely generous with his time over the phone. I told him abt a potentially risky sales contract I was considering. He took at least 20 minutes to go over with me how I can mitigate that risk and what I should do to prepare for negotiation. He did not have to do that. But he wanted to make sure I didn't get scr3w3d over. He didn't want to see me fail. For that reason, Piedmont Avenue will be the first place I come to once I'm ready for a deeper strategic conversation and more hands-on assistance. Will update once I have more to say. Thanks David!

They didn't follow up until Jan 18 and at that time revealed that they intended to outsource the work overseas which I was surprised and not comfortable with. (anyway that is much cheaper, why would I pay $1,000/mo for Asian SEO services!) When I asked for a refund Sean refused claimed that he had already spent all the money, and claimed that the words "12 month program" on the invoice he sent me in fact obliged me to not only accept the inferior services but continue to do so for 12 months. This has been an enormous financial blow for my small business, and I was utterly taken aback by the extremely poor handling of the issue by Sean. Letting people into your sensitive website code requires a lot of trust, and I DEFINITELY would not trust this team after this experience.

It's quite challenging to sort through all the data that's out there--and even more challenging to write one's own ad copy. It's also not easy to find a good web person whose prices are in-line with what a self-employed therapist can afford. When I saw Tim's website, I knew I had the right guy. He did not disappoint. 1. I could tell he knew how to DO what I wanted to do: namely, communicate what I offer, so that it speaks to the needs and concerns of the SPECIFIC kinds of people I want to reach. 2. I could also tell, when I first met with him, that he appreciated both what I offer as a professional as well as my understanding of marketing and my writing skills. 3. He was able to help me get more crisp and impacting in my message--and clearer about my target market: my preferred customer(s). His feedback was always direct, respectful, and backed-up by his experience--making it easy to follow. 4. He also helped me find images and photos that would SHOW what I wanted to say--adding a ton more emotion than by just talking about it 5. He showed me exactly how I can maintain and improve my own site over time. 6. Finally, he created what I think is a thing of beauty. Don't you agree? You can see my site at: www.partners4wellbeing.com. In summary, I have to say Tim lives up to his tagline about being a web designer who is also a marketing consultant. You really do get "two for the price of one," which I think makes Tim the best deal in town. Don Ross, LMFT www.partners4wellbeing.com

Prior to Pathfinder, I primarily held jobs within the restaurant industry, waiting tables, making lattes, hosting, bussing, etc. I was still in school when I realized I should probably start seeking employment relevant to my degree. As a communications major with an emphasis in marketing, I decided to check out local firms in Sonoma County hoping to find ... anything really. However, I quickly noticed that Santa Rosa, although a wonderful city, seems to be lacking diversity in that area. I came across a couple of places before I found an ad for Pathfinder. The position seemed to cater to students and recent grads, frankly it almost seemed to good to be true. I came in for my interview in August, the office was small but there seemed to be quite a bit of competition (I was one of 3 waiting to be interviewed). Their hiring manager was kind and professional. He made the interview about me and what I wanted out of a career, I quite liked that. I don't want to go on and on, but long story short: I'm glad I came in for my interview. I saw some reviews that left me skeptical but I wanted to come see for myself.
