Visited this store for first time. Was just "looking" but spent $200 and could have bought more…read more The store is very organized and well curated. Lots of furniture , records , kitchen and home goods as well as crafty items. The staff here is so friendly and pleasant and even charged my phone while I shopped . I will definitely return again when I'm in town.

I purchased a belt buckle at Trends and discovered a crack in it. It was not labeled "as is." I…read morereturned the next day and was told to come back on Thursday to speak with the manager. When I returned on Thursday, the dealer who had priced the buckle was there. She refused a refund and told me, "I priced this item according to the damage and the damage is so obvious I didn't see a reason to put as is." She continued arguing with me for quite some time. I finally asked, "Are you the manager?" It turned out the manager was another woman behind the counter. I found the dealer's behavior dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational, especially since I had returned specifically to speak with the manager. Customers should be able to raise a concern about a damaged purchase without being drawn into an argument. I also believe damage and any related return restrictions should be clearly disclosed before purchase. The owner ultimately stepped in and provided a gift certificate, which I appreciate. That effort deserves acknowledgment, but this particular dealer's treatment of me left a poor impression.
