She was not available on the day I needed, but put me in touch with her father-in-law, Rich Pietrini. He showed me a few condos, then I asked him if he wouldn't mind taking a look at some condos I had previously seen on my own. I ended up purchasing a unit in the latter building. Unbeknowst to me, Rich took it upon himself to negotiate a special deal with the builder. He "arranged" for me to pay the asking price instead of my initial offer, so that he could have his 2%commission, as opposed to whatever fixed fee they were going to pay him. He did this all behind my back, when in fact the builder was willing to accept my offer. I found him to be unethical and conniving, and would never recommend him to anyone.
