Chanel at the front desk gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, and the butterfly pea drink was a fun, unique treat. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing view. Comfy beds, thick luxe towels, Nespresso machine, and the ice machine has crunch pebble ice!!! I love pebble ice! The pool area was the highlight. The tropical saltwater lagoon with small tropical blue fish was really cool, and the heated pool with a waterfall and waterslide was a huge hit with my husband. lol. The hospitality team made use feel so valued during our stay. The nightly turn down service w/ aromatherapy spray, chocolates, and a light cleaning is so nice to come back to at the end of our night. The complimentary WiFi for Marriott members is always a great perk. On our second day, when we logged on and we received a prompt asking about our stay so far, we asked a question and they certainly went above and beyond and delivered. Thanks so much to management/customer relations!! The entire hospitality team, including our kind housekeeper, Steven at the restaurant, the breakfast host/servers, and staff who delivered items up to our room, all provided such wonderful service. Everyone truly made it a memorable stay! **Ooh the breakfast buffet at the restaurant is delicious! From American breakfast such as pancakes, eggs, breakfast meats, made-to-order omelettes, cold meats and cheese,, Asian cuisines, pastries and a fresh juice bar station was outstanding! Although I'd been a visitor to the Gold Coast on several previous occasions, it was my first time in Burleigh Heads. After checking out a few properties in the area early on, a few friends and colleagues told me this property was awesome. That, in addition to the positive reviews I'd seen, gave me no hesitation to give it a try. From the first time I contacted Gemini Court all the way until the end of my 5 night stay, Kris, Annastasia and staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional. Due to numerous flight troubles from the United States, I was able to rebook reservations without any hassle or fee (it seems like that's what you get everywhere else!) I originally booked a 2 bedroom standard apartment as the rates were only slightly higher than the 1 bedrooms (I was also told the 1 bedrooms are mostly on the lower floors), but got upgraded to a 2 bedroom hinterland superior, so I really lucked out! Keep in mind that this property is situated on a hill, so you'll get ocean views just about anywhere you are on it. Check-in was effortless and I was in apartment 20 in the back tower within minutes. I was completely blown away at the size and layout of the apartment: it was completely renovated and had brand new modern furnishings including a lounge room with a multi-section leather sofa, huge flat panel television, awesome artwork on the walls, laundry, two balconies, air conditioning in separate rooms, great views of the hinterland and courtyard, just about everything one could imagine. Huge dining table and kitchen with bar counter and stools, fully equipped with modern appliances. Everything in the apartment was fully functional and very clean. I had no problems whatsoever during my 5 night stay. It appeared that each unit had a separate wireless internet router vs. one internet hotspot for the whole property - definitely a plus for connectivity, and I must mention that the wireless internet rates at Gemini Court were the lowest I encountered anywhere on the Gold Coast during my two week holiday. This was much appreciated, as I had to stay in constant contact with co-workers and family during my trip. I believe there was also an internet kiosk/business center on the property for those that don't have laptops. Being a surfer, I was also very impressed to learn that Gemini Court is home to a forecasting wave camera that's tied in with a major surf forecasting company in Australia. Not to mention there's a world-class point break right at the front door! It was great being close to the beach, Burleigh Heads National Park, and the many shops and restaurants in the area. Staying on the hinterland side of the property was great - lots of views of brush turkeys, kookaburras and other wildlife. The heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and barbecue area were very well laid out and gave great views of Burleigh Beach. Landscaping and upkeep throughout the property seemed great. I'd recommend this property to anyone visiting the Gold Coast. Great waves, friendly people, and an all-around fun area. I went to Le Petit Chef on Wednesday April 23 for the 7pm show…read more The table next to us had some unruly children so when the show started I gave the mother a look asking her to quiet her children. She immediately became aggressive and told me to "fix my face or fuck off" . I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and ignored them and began to enjoy the show when suddenly her husband comes over to me, leans right in my face and tells me "Do you have a problem? Because I'll give a problem, cunt." He then threatens me and my family and says he can't wait follow me after the dinner and he's going to slit my throat. Obviously I was extremely distressed. I left the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to a manager but absolutely NOTHING was done! I was told I could leave ( no refund on meal that was $500 for three people) or return to my table where I felt afraid and intimidated. I returned to my table because we had paid for the evening. But I was so upset and did not enjoy my evening at all. I felt sick. Why is it ok for a man to threaten a woman at the Hilton? He should have been removed for threatening me. I asked to call the police because I wanted to pursue the situation but the Hilton asked me not to call. I agreed because I thought they would deal with this man and his family but they did nothing! In retrospect I should have called the police because what this man did was not ok! Do not stay or dine at Hilton Surfers Paradise because they will do NOTHING to protect you against aggressive people. I will NEVER patronise them again and, as a local, I will advise everyone to avoid this

Breakfast was busy, lots of options. Gluten free options but if you are sensitive you need to be cautious as potentially cross contamination on the toaster. But was gluten free eaters our needs were met.
