I came in one morning asked one of the nurses on shift how was my family member she told me your guess is good as mine. My sister was there 3 weeks left in ambulance at 7 pm we didn't get a call from the nurse until the next mornin saying she was rushed to hospital She have sores on her bottom from leaving her wet for a long periods of time. You need help u have go looking for someone to even come in room to do thier jobs They only there for a pay check they dont give a damn! Only give one star because I had too

If you're thinking about having your family member admitted to this facility I strongly encourage…read moreyou to think again. The staff was rude, extremely unprofessional, and the on call nurses were dismissive of my families concerns regarding my family member. Unfortunately at the moment due to her health conditions my family member is incapable of advocating for herself, however, she has a strong support system that was there daily and knew things were not right. Her care plan, which included daily therapy sessions were never completed, she has also gained bed sores which is a clear indication of not being properly turned and no skin checks were preformed. Patient care was not this facilities top priority. Unfortunately my family member had to be rushed to an outside hospital to receive treatment and an emergency surgery. My family was not notified until the next morning. Unacceptable, disheartening and very disappointing that we bought our loved one to this facility in hopes that she would receive the proper rehabilitation but that wasn't the case. Once again, look pass this facility if you are in need of care for your loved one. The staff is heartless show no sympathy and is inadequate to care for your precious loved ones. I do not recommend.

A 5 star facility as rated by CMS. Great staffing and an emphasis on quality…read more The building which is a former monastery contains a magnificent church . The therapy space is very large and well equipped. Unlike many other providers FutureCare employs their own therapists and they are uniformly excellent. This facility is partly owned by LifeBridge and the attending physicians are employed by the hospital company. A beautiful facility with a committed staff. I highly recommend it.

Things were going well at first because family was there constantly. On 11/14 the facility called late at night stating he needed to go the hosp. due to blood in his urine (he at this time has a catheter with a bag). I asked them to call me back informing me which hosp. they were taking him to. No call. I waited. I called them back to find out which hosp. and there was so much chaos going on and the nurse could not concentrate on the conversation. She did not know why he was sent and could not find anyone who knew. The hosp. determined his catheter had injured his bladder which was causing the bleeding. My brother stated he had been complaining about pain from the catheter and nothing was done about. He was continuously taken for physical therapy, and his physical therapist actually changed his catheter bag in an unsterilized area. This needs to be addressed by their staff. I have called this facility three times to get answers of what happened to cause the emergency room visit. Noone wants to answer the family's questions. I would not recommend this facility to any family.
