I would give 0 stars if I could. The hair stylist Erin Gibson stood me up for my confirmed hair appointment. I previously told her I was in a wedding and definitely needed to have my hair done. Hours before I had to be on location I had to come up with a plan B because Erin DID NOT SHOW for my appointment. I texted and called her to see if she was coming and the phone went straight to voicemail. NO RESPONSE! Erin is very unprofessional and I would not recommend her to anyone. My first impression of this establishment is a HORRIBLE one. The people who work at The Vibe are a reflection of the company and Erin has portrayed them in a negative light. read more

Shout out Barry for always sending my guys home looking sharp! It's worth the time and money to see them both clean cut and confident when they come home from the barber shop. Side note: they love the clean, calm, and unique vibe that comes from each individual barber. They work amazing as a team and are always welcoming. Thank you!! read more

When I arrived there I waited 45 minutes on the sofa. Then I saw 2 or 3 available employees speaking and joking together and ignoring me. So I decided to leave at this moment. It's unbelievable. The 1st time of my life. One hour lost. read more

We really like this spot. Will not go to Any other barber shop. The Vibe is awesome. They're so cool and we didn't wait long at all. No need for an appointment, they take walk-ins. Love the music read more

The Vibe - Thanks Don for the awesome job! We'll definitely be back - Barbers Near Me - Riverside, California

The new location is better, next to pure nutrition in the blue windows. Wayyy better air conditioning and wayyy better parking. New Vibe!

Took my son here several times, and each time I had an appointment. Obviously making an appointment is a complete waste of your time, unless you like to sit there and wait while Allen cuts his other clients hair and looks at you puzzled. As far as the work not too bad. Just really hate the fact that my time was wasted 3 times!! Also, parking really sucks as well. Will not be returning.. read more

I've gotten my hair cut twice by Donnie. I love it each time! My hair is crazy to work with because of the curls and thinness of it but he made it work. Attention to detail and because he is growing as a barber he cares about what he is giving his clients. The shop itself is super dope, I love the vibe. Recommended to anyone looking to get their hair done. read more

The BEST Barber that can line up, fade, and do your beard trim in town!

Sit down and let me paint you a phonetical portrait of my experience with a young Professor Finesser with the blades and his exhibition style storefront showcasing live onto the unsuspecting public from the very windows that house them. If you've never been to this domain of dapper, be ready for a shock as Riverside residents are constantly reminded by two barber chairs propped in the storefront windows featuring the owner himself, Master Follicle Punisher, playboy Alan Hunter and one of his esteemed employees blessing patrons with the upmost annotated clippers and dressings accompanying them. If toes could curl, they'd be hitting 50 lbs reps with them chains that Ben Affleck used in that BvS pre-fight montage. This palace of padigree takes it one step further by offering a station to wash customers hair in preparation for said most holy cut. This is a mosque for your melon people. Prepare for the blessings because they come ten fold. You'll leave this institution feeling like somebody better know. Love yourself and visit Chef Alan plus his crew for a well desired do. Your mom will close her eyes, walk to you with her arms out like Stevie Wonder and goose the sound of joy at her babies new look. -Deadbody read more

Presentation of skill is great here. No doubt hand down professional staff and atmosphere.

This shop sucks disrespectful unprofessional I will never go here again. They talk about the customers when they leave. There are young kids that need to grow up. And they don't know how to cut all that great read more

passed by this place for the last 2 years on my way to my girlfriends house. today I needed a cut and was away from my regular barber in LA do i stopped in, place was busy (which to me meant they were a good shop) so I waited till it was my turn and got Brock, showed him a pic of what I wanted and he basically took the time to make me look freaking amazing, far surpassed what I was expecting. the entire staff there were nice. definately will be back ! read more

Honest Review, Been there since freshman year of college. At the genesis of the vibe they were cool and quick. Now, everything has changed in the place. Rules if you want to get a haircut there: -be ready to wait at least on average 1hr 30 min -Make an appointment ASAP because if you do not youre going to be waiting even longer -Dont believe business hours! sometimes they open 2 hours later or will close early if they dont get enough customers This will be the last time i go there because they made me wait 2 hours to tell me they couldnt help me because they had to many appointments because i was a walk in, but if you choose to go, I cant stress it enough, REMEMBER THE RULES!!!! Ps.their prices jumped 20% read more

Manager Marco has poor communication skills. He gives his business card and then when you call the number to make an appointment you can't reach him. Then to find out later on that you had to make an appointment on line all along. I would have done that from the get go had I been told. Just gave me alot of run around. Not worth the headache or the wait. read more

Great customer service and ambiance here. My son always leaves satisfied. If he is happy then so am I. Thanks VIBE!

Avery is who I get cut by regularly, though everyone is the shop does a really high quality job. Love the fact that they shampoo your hair during your cut. Its the little things that keep me coming back. Definitely recommend! read more

I went in on Sunday and was told by a female Teresa or some thing to come back on Monday at 1. I was there at 12:50 And she was not there. At 1:10 a male barber with red hair and a red bears told me she was not gonna be in. So i asked him if he could help me he said yes. I told him exactly what i wanted and he did not do what I asked for but the complete opposite. Some little Asian guy comes in and my barber is asking him for advise on my hair cut,the Asian guy tells him what to do with my hair but does not even ask me what I want! Then Asian guys tells the dude that is cutting my hair that the female that told me to come back in at one that she wasn't coming because she didn't have anything to wear. So i stopped the red head barber and asked to see my hair my shit is fucked up. So Asian guy tries to help and literally leaves spots in my head!! I am super pissed!! This place is mad unprofessional and has wack ass barbers working there. If I could leave 0 stars I would!! read more

On arrival, I was immediately embraced by a warm welcome by the Barbers. I waited about 5-10 mins on Terrence (The Owner). The energy ("The Vibe") there allowed me to feel welcome. They even gave me opportunities to partake in conversations with them. Great location, plenty of parking, and a lovely waiting area. Being a lady, one would feel uncomfortable but not so here. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! First timer and never going back!!! Asian dude left my hair all choppy!!!with weird under cuts did not take his time he had no techniques amateur to the MAX!! He clearly knew I was not pleased and still made me pay for his disaster!! Barbers need to keep a portfolio in hand just like tattoo artists!! Who hired him?? Worst haircut I've ever had!! Not the place for someone over 40. My "stylist" asked me what type of cut I wanted and then proceeded to ignore what I requested. Excellent barbershop, great "Vibe" my barber is Donnie and I've been getting cut by him before he worked in a shop, the guy never stops working on his craft. So I'm fairly new to the inland empire and really struggled to find a barber shop. Went to about 6 different shops till I found The Vibe. It's got a cool vintage feel with good music playing in the background. Marcos usually will give my son a real nice gentlemans cut that's right on point every time. The prices are fair, not the cheapest place in town, but none the less a reflection of the quality of cut u receive. I've had conversations with Alan and his views of constantly evolving himself and employees its awesome to see his passion for his trade and gratefulness to his customers. I finally found my shop will continue to come here for years to come. read more

Brought my son today (a Sat). There were about 8-10 stylists there with clients, only 2 people ahead of us yet it still took about an hour for my son to get his haircut. When several of the stylists there were finally done with their clients we still ended up waiting another 20 min or so while they chatted, left, or just sat around. As far as his cut, it was ok, price was ok. But never again. If you have plenty of time to waste come here. read more
