Very nice little place. It's a little annoying to get into the parking lot. I've been several times and the two staff I've met were both very nice and well versed in their products. Terrible customer service. Sold me a Smok Telescopic and the first one had a rust spot on it. Had to return it within hours because of it. Then the replacement unit starting not to fire correctly (had to push VERY hard) I was told I "dropped it". Figure's right? Unfortunately there isn't a scratch on it. Try claim the screen is out of alignment so that's there excuse. I don't even want a new one, just looking for 40-50% store credit. Cant even get that. Seeing I bought 2 new iTaste mods since mine was left with them for over 5 days now with no results other than come pick it up. Do yourself a favor and find a better shop. i.e The Happy Lung in West Haven, or E Six in Branford. Never again will I give them my money and I've spent hundreds of dollars at this place over the past 3 months. Thanks again. read more

Hard to find and poor signage with a terrible parking lot. And that's the good part. I have to rate this poorly because it is not a vape shop, not by any stretch of the imagination. I thought I walked into the wrong door because I saw a old greasy chainsaw on the counter, but then realized that I was in the right place because I saw e liquids on a rack. The kid behind the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly but it just wasn't enough to keep me in the store. In fact, after visiting dozens of shops, this was the very first store that I walked out of without purchasing anything. Their website promised me a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, this was anything but. They have 3 other locations but I won't even try them because they put their name on this single glass display case in a pawn shop. I have to wonder if they're following suit with some other multiple store businesses that seem to be investing all of their profits into additional stores rather than upgrading the existing ones. They do however sell the one hit wonder line which includes milkman, muffin man and rocket man. I'm not a fan of any of those but it seems like a lot of people are because it is economical to buy 150 mL for $60. I tried several of the house juices, but they were lacking in flavor. My expectations of a vapeshop are pretty minimal, and this doesn't come close to meeting the lowest. Not even a stool to sit on while your sampling. This place is going to drive a lot of people to shop on the Internet. read more

This is a a small satellite store for the two larger, one in Meridan one in Prospect. I found when I first started going in here they were much more helpful (such as having something I wanted brought over from Prospect when management was coming). Now they are just saying No we are out of that, even told once Prospect did not have the item and they indeed did. Help is kind but was kinder and would go the extra mile a year ago. My advice..travel the extra few miles and visit the Prospect site, not in a Pawn shop, not getting dirty looks from pawn shop owners, more variety, better tasting bar, and more knowledgeable help there. read more
