Best vape shop in town hands down. Everyone of their staff has always been helpful to me, always patient and never rushing to get people out the store. I can sit up here all day and just hang out and enjoy my time here, and I know for sure others can agree. They follow all FDA rules no matter how they change, and they continue to adapt to them. Although FDA has been cracking down hard on their regulations, these guys still make every transaction easy and swift, while still keeping the same helpfulness. I've been to a few shops in town and wasn't impressed. I was able to call these guy over New years and drive in and quickly get a new vape because mine died. I've been there when the young people are working and even sat down and visited with them. They have always given me great service. Believe me I was a grooming manager at a retail pet store and was promoted high up because my staff had the highest mystery shop scores and the best add ons and everything... we made our customers happy so I don't say people gave me great customer service if they don't! I just recently stormed out of a doctor's office and told my GP to find me a different specialist because I refused to go back! I demand a lot from people that are in the service industry so I have no idea what these other people are talking about because these kids have bent over backwards to help me... maybe it's because I gave them mutual respect instead of looking down my nose at them because they're on the other side of the counter... read more

Oh my gosh I hate to do this. I love this place because I like the manger, he's a cool dude, but the kids he has working for him just ruin it for me. I stopped by the other day at 1130a and the sign said closed. I went and tried the door anyways and it was open. There were two young boys in there with one female who acted like I was bothering them when I figured out they were really open. One boy told the other boy to help me try some flavors. The kid got short with me when I told him which one I wanted to try and he said "we're out." So I settled on one I didn't even try because I didn't wanna deal with his sucky attitude. The other kid said "what is she getting?" as I'm standing right there. Then kid number one rings me up while kid number two mixes my juice. He didn't say thank you at all. Then I turn to wait on my juice and the kid had put it way on the other counter and just walked off. I had to ask if it was mine and he just shook his head. I can't stand these little punks working in this shop so I won't be returning. I'd much rather have great customer service than good juice. The manager really needs to get his employees attitudes in check. read more
