The cashier and another employee were discussing an issue with the freezer. Even though they saw me waiting, they walked by me several times without acknowledging me. They mentioned something about a fridge problem that they could fix after helping me, but I didn't understand much else because they were speaking in another language. I felt ignored and disrespected as they left me waiting until I finally decided to leave. As I was leaving, the cashier made a half-hearted attempt to come after me, which only added to the poor impression of their customer service. I don't plan to return to this store after this experience. If I could give no stars I would

Right after I left I was driving and I noticed that it didn't have any packaging on it and when I slid open the box already been used and there was no charging cable. Upon returning to the store and showing her she said she didn't sell it to me like that and that she opened the box for me before I left. I told her that was not the case and I needed to talk to a manager and we can watch the film if that's what it takes. She called the manager I had a conversation with him and all was taken care of. What terrible customer service I think she should be fired immediately.

They help you find whatever you're looking for. The most compelling part might be their price, it's as low for the kinds of disposables I get that I've seen at the places I've been too. They also do the punch card system where you get a sixth free after buying 5. Their hours are solid too because they're open pretty early in the morning, which is nice if I'm wanting to buy one early and everywhere else is closed. Highly recommend!
