They've remodeled! Looking like an actual UPS store not some shady pack/ship place like before. The people there are friendly and helpful. I cant say for sure if they're new employees. But I will tell you this the few times I've dropped off stuff, there seems to be "new" employees. By "new" I mean, before the remodel, there were some really rude employees and unhelpful. The phone gets picked up. They help you with your returns when you have questions to the best of their abilities and always greet you hello and goodbye. read more

I called all over town to try to get a will notarized, the banks and credit unions don't anymore, I got a quote of a flat $100.00 fee. For that I could go have a simple will drawn up by someone else and notarized. Cheyenne was wonderful, everyone in there was pleasant and gave their customers great service. I was waiting for my witnesses and watched how great they were. My witnesses hadn't changed the addresses on their licenses so the whole thing had to be done over. Luck for me I drag my iPad everywhere and I was able to email it to ups and Cheyenne printed a new one. The notary is only $10.00 and even with emailing the document and getting them printed the total was only $14.02 which included the tax. Can't say enough about them, courteous, efficient, clean store and great to work with so YES definitely go to that store for all your business. They copy, fax, shredding is 25% off now. I've been other places and no where near the great time I had in there. read more

Rude people. Watched as they argued and tried to charge a veteran $.12 for using their tape to seal his small box going back to Amazon. Disgraceful. Frankly if it wasn't for Amazon returns this place wouldn't have much business at all. While this place is very close to my house I will not be patronizing this business anymore. read more

While Visiting family in the area I found this UPS Store nearby via Yelp. The location was very busy mid morning. The staff was attentive, helpful and expedient. My item, a family heirloom, was professionally measured and quoted per item. Yes, it was expensive but I don't think I could have done it cheaper. Highly recommend! read more

today I called and was immediately placed on hold. 11 minutes later I hung up and called back. I know they are busy. Thats fine. however when I called back to speak to them again, Jennifer asked me to hold and placed the phone on the counter while I got to listen to her wait on other customers. so instead of just completing the call with me she layed to phone to the side I guess so I would hang up. I did. I really would just appreciate a little decency, just help me and then I'll go away and you can keep working. what purpose did it serve to lay the phone to the side rudely. I was not in any way nasty, and that kind of customer service is just trashy. So disrespectful and uncalled for. what a shame. it's a nice store but that doesn't make up for trashy behavior. read more

This particular UPS store is located in the same shopping plaza as the Publix. It is conveniently located, not only for the locals, but it is also convenient to travelers due to its close proximity off of Interstate 95. While I understand that a business have to turn a profit, I have always found UPS Store to me an expensive alternative when considering to ship a package. I would consider going to United States Post Office and shipping your package as you will probably get a better price. read more

I had to do a request for amazon and have not used this location before. Linda or Leah (I'm horrible with names) was so helpful and patient even though they had a line out the door basically. Really great service! read more

I was going to review my latest experience here but it looks like there are many others that are similar, no need to beat the same drum. Sadly, the responses by whomever is responding to these reviews are defensive and combative, almost seems like it is the staff responding, if it is the owner, the attitude is what sets the stage for the employees. Unfortunately, The UPS store has lost our business forever at least at this location. read more

It's so sad that you have to lie about the whole situation. In no way was I aggressive. In fact, the manager became loud and aggressive when she threw up her hands. Watch the video. Read the other comments about your star manager. There were no other customers in the building when I was simply asking about the size. I never used an online service at home so I'm not sure where you are getting that from. I measured the box myself. You are scamming people and I stand by my statement. Your employees admitted it themselves so I'm not sure why you are acting like I am the one making things up. Why in the world would I even make something up like that?! I wouldn't gain anything by that. In fact- I'm telling the truth. Read the other comments. It's OBVIOUS. I will not be removing my comment. It's THE TRUTH. I didn't record anyone. So stop making things up. It's distasteful and childish. Instead of Apologizing and being honest- you lie and cover up. Terrible way to do business. Good luck with that. EVERYONE is aggressive and rude but ANGELA... everyone is having the same terrible experience- yet the customers are the problem?! Got it. Interesting way of doing business. She HAS to be family member of the owner. read more

Scam UPS store !!! Rude !! Beware !!! So lacking in customer service!! I had a super small device to send back to my insurance company about the size of a computer stick ..I had the return label without any packing .The woman Angela charges me $5 16 for a envelope and metered mail when it was already paid for . Definitely not in the helpful business just overcharge and rip off business.Next .i will never be back !! read more

Jay and his crew do a great job! He's an expert/certified packer and has quite a bit of experience doing so. I trust that when he packs and ships heavy/precious items they will arrive safely. They're usually busy so arriving well prepared helps move the process along. read more

Angela is aggressively rude to every customer she has! Not just rude to me but to every customer. I watched her abuse the customer before me as I waited in line. When it was my turn, she went right to town being rude to me. Angela threatens to lose packages She took three packages from me but refused to give me receipts for two of them telling me she was going to 'let them get lost'. Edit next day, she didn't steal these packages, she refused to give me a receipt after taking the packages and told me she intended to lose them but she didn't because today I got an email from Amazon saying my return was processed. So let me say this, Angela abuses your customers and threatens to lose packages. Why doesn't UPS know how much of a problem this employee is? Read the reviews! Everyone is complaining about Angela! Why don't you just ask her if she received any packages she didn't give out receipts for? Answer your customer service phone number! I spent hours on hold using the UPS customer service phone number from the internet. I called the customer service phone number on my receipt twice. Why don't you answer? read more

I am glad that they are still maintaining the 3 customer policy to prevent spread of covid. Disappointed that they took down the plastic barriers. Also the woman with tattoos is just so angry at life. She treats customers horrible. I understand you're dealing with technical difficulties but dont let your frustration out on others. It was hard to watch her interact with customers, she was just so rude. read more

I use this UPS store quite frequently as they are close to work and home. Customer service is always top notch, even when it's holiday time and the store is packed with customers. I have returned Amazon purchases here as well as shipped items and have never had an issue. I highly recommend this store. read more

Great customer service! I just moved to the area last week and had two occasions to visit this store this week. The first time was on Wednesday when I had to utilize the service that they offer for returning Spectrum equipment. I was waited on by Nisa. The store was busy and there were a couple of people ahead of me and a couple of employees working the front desk. I was impressed by how outgoing, vivacious, and friendly Nisa was with each of the customers ahead of me. When it came my turn, she didn't miss a beat. She greeted me and guided me through the process of my Spectrum return. She even went so far as to give me advice on, retaining my receipt, and taking a photograph of it to ensure that I got credit for my return with Spectrum. I had to come back to the store on Friday evening to return some equipment to AT&T. Again, Nisa was working the front desk along with Nikki. I was so glad that Nisa was working again because I had the choice of going to the FedEx location or the UPS location. I chose to come back to the UPS location because of the wonderful service that Nisa had given me a couple of days earlier. I was not disappointed. Nisa greeted me and took care of my return again gave me advice about retaining my receipts. I wanted to write a review because I received such good service twice now and good service is hard to come by these days lol so I wanted to be sure that Nisa and Nikki got a shout out for going above and beyond and being great employees. Thanks UPS for hiring such a good people! I will definitely be back for my shipping needs. read more

The greeting I received by the old lady with white hair upon entering the store was an extremely loud "I HOPE YOU DONT NEED A NOTARY!!!" Nice customer service. I know you are in business to make money but this store is too expensive. Went to overnight a UPS letter one page they wanted to charge me 60 some dollars. Went to Staples it was only $28.00. Buyer beware. Employee was very professional. read more

Prices to ship a package are almost double what USPS charges. In many cases that makes cost to ship more than the item is worth.

Whatever you do do not take your package here. They will nickel and dime you to death and make your free Amazon return cost more then the cost of the item you are returning. Just find another shop. It would be worth an extra trip to a place that will work with you... not try to make an extra dollar off of you... and not give a single care about it. read more

Let me tell you what a great experience I had with the people working at this store. Angela was on top of her game!!!! I am a Virtual Assistant - one of my clients asked me to print 21 letters, address them and mail them within 24 hours. Not only did I get this task done with the assistance of all the -ings that this store provides they made sure I was able to get the 21 letters in the mail under 20 hours! Thanks UPS STORE #6694 Titusville FL read more

Raise your hands. How many of you didn't know that a UPS "store" is not associated with UPS? That big sign outside only means they will use UPS to ship your packages. They are supposed to abide by the UPS standard shipping rates but they can charge whatever delivery area surcharges they want. Bless their hearts, they only charged me $3.80 more than stated on the UPS website. So (lesson learned) take my advice and go to a regular UPS shipping location or print out your own label and have the package picked up for free. You can even do better at the post office. For me the difference would have been about $30 compared to $61.94 for a 15 lb package. You're welcome. read more

Everything always run smooth here for me, I use this place for Amazon returns only, I don't send things other than that in general. I check if I have to print the label myself first or if I can just scan to return. I'm not really sure why so many reviews are so negative, I've never seen any mail person...extraordinarily over the top in customer service. Take my package, keep it safe, and we're good. read more

I went to drop off a package in the original bag received by amazon; the instructions on amazon was to put it in the bag and put the label and drop it off at the ups locations. The clerk gripped me out that the driver will not take it that way. If there is a disconnect between Amazon and UPS they need to get it handled and not talk to the customer like their a piece of poo. I was embarrassed and did not appreciate it. read more

Lady with tattoos working at the counter was super rude for no reason at all. I walked up to the counter with my item that I wanted to ship and said "hey! I'm looking to sh..." and she cut me off mid sentence to complete my sentence, very uncalled for and very clear that she doesn't have customer service skills. She wanted to charge me and arm and a leg for packaging and shipping for something that's going to the other side of the state so I just said no thanks and left. The UPS store had no UPS supplies. I wanted a UPS envelope. I said I didn't want to buy an envelope. They gave me an envelope, making me think it was free. I noticed I paid 2.50 for an envelope, after I left. UPS stores have a terrible reputation for this. While over charging me for an envelope the two girls were just rude. I won't be back. read more

I have had such an excellent experience at this store and particularly with Steve and Vanessa. I think there are other employees there but these are the two I have had the pleasure of meeting. I rent one of their mail boxes which allows me a safe and secure way to receive my mail and also a way to have packages received and signed for which is great, since I am rarely home. The services are definitely fairly priced, and the store is clean and organized. By far what makes this place great are it's employees. They strive to surpass expectations with every customer interaction. Steve and Vanessa are always pleasant, helpful, and even remember my name. It's to the point where part of the enjoyment of receiving a package is getting to see them. This sounds overboard but it isn't. This place is not just a store, it's part of the community and they are doing a damn good job. Thanks, guys!!! read more

Traveling for the summer and sent an Amazon order to this store. They were a little on the rude side, had difficulty finding the packages and when we showed them our phone showing them the tracking actually showed they received the packages at their address they actually looked for them. The worst service I have ever seen. There were two woman working inside, first one was training for her first day of work and the second employee was suppose to be training her and very rude. She wouldn't even let the other girl handle the customer, instead she continued to interrupt the service by doing it herself. After handling three people at the other desk I politely explained that I had to leave soon. She had an attitude from the beginning and continued to slur comments at me under her mask at me. I ignored the first two and the spoke up one the third one. I have managed logistical service companies for 25 years and would fire her on the spot. Not the kind of customer service I would pay for. Worst of all, my mother was with me who is elderly and she was rude to her too. Hope the owner checks the tapes! read more

I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt when possible, but I also think something should be said when a business is dishonest. I walked into this store on a Wednesday morning because I needed to print 2 pages from email. I was the only customer and there were 2 employees. They waved me to the computer where the prices were posted. It was charged in 10 minute increments and each black and white print was $0.10. Ok, reasonable enough. In less than 10 minutes I had accessed my email and printed 2 pages in black and white. I then proceeded to clear my throat about 8 times to get somebody to ring me up. They decided to have a conversation out of eye shot. The lady came to ring me up finally, and way overcharged me. I didn't realize until back in the car heading away, but the receipt speaks for itself. Be forewarned in dealing with this location, because a company who overcharges when they think they can get away with it, is a dishonest company not deserving of your money. Go somewhere else!! read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Titusville, Florida

**UPS store on Cheney Highway FL-50**: Why on earth would a customer want to pay $2.99 to email the store a pre paid label for a shipment? And then you charge $0.15 to print each page. There appears to be a new employee at this store, and she said she had been working there 3 years but I've only seen her twice. I order a lot online and I send packages all the time, I've spent a lot of money at this store buying shipping materials etc. and this person has the nerve to charge me $2.99 to send an email, when I've NEVER been charged for that before. This person had me do it once, and I decided I was not going to do it again. This is totally ridiculous. You've gotten rid of all of nice employees and replaced them with this. Great job, UPS. With that kind of customer service, this person (forgot to get her name) should be working for USPS. You've lost a long-time customer now. Take this as a learning lesson. read more

I went in today to just drop off a pre-paid package, Angela couldn't even bring herself to say hello to anyone. She was really rude to the gentleman that was in there but I caught the end of that transaction as I was coming in, so I couldn't judge her attitude. It didn't get any better with the woman in front of me, or with me. Just put your package here. here's your receipt, was about all I got, and not nicely. I usually use the postal store up on 50 by Momma Rosa's but thought since I was right there I will just use this one. Not again. Terrible customer service. This store is a disaster. We went there to print a document and the woman working there did not know how to use their systems and did not care. She made no effort to help us and when we asked her to call for help, she said there was no one to call. We have never seen someone not care about customer service so much. Also, she said the owner left her alone with no one to call for help. We suggested she call another UPS store for help and she refused. Then she continued to take new people coming in the store while we were trying to get her to figure out how to print a document. Don't go there, it is a waste of your time.
