Beware! Do not do any business with this careless people, unprofessionally, workers here should go do something else, go wash the dishes. Sender dropped off my $3,000 item, paid them to handling, packing and mentioned fragile. The item was heavy 80lbs with wooden and glass. They got money for but used cheap cheap materials, cheapest air bags, cheapest box, no double box, no foam, no fragile sign on the box and damaged my one of a kind item. You broke people stuffs intentionally. Bad business ever. Believe me stay out of the business! read more

I find the owner to be very helpful and courteous. I have never had a problem with him in any way. As far as the employees, I doubt I would employee any of them. Maybe one of them. On multiple occasions, I have gotten a quote for a package that seemed very high, and the very next day got a new quote for about 1/3 the price for the very same package. I don't use the service that allows UPS to hand-off my package to the USPS which is generally a lower price. I want one carrier to have it and be responsible for it the entire time. I don't find the employees to be very pleasant either. Very often they are abrupt and snappy as If I am imposing on them. Am I being too hard on these 18/40-year-old people? The USA has 18-year-olds getting shot at and 24-year-olds flying 250-million-dollar aircraft etc. I guess I believe in people being accountable and reasonably proficient at what they do. Would you want some half a$$, idiot pilot to flying you and your children around? NO.... you have expectations of a professional / expert at the controls. read more

I'm not speaking for UPS as a whole or how items are broken that should be clearly insured. This raring is strictly for the professional workers and store there. They are friendly and have always gone above and beyond to assist me. They have materials always at your disposal to send packages. Great for Amazon customers! read more

If I could leave negative stars I would! Early December I paid to have a commercial espresso grinder, weighing 70lbs, packed and shipped. The grinder arrived damaged with absolutely no packing inside a cardboard box! I obviously had to refund the person their money and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed the $1,500+ I'm out for the grinder. Fast forward a couple days, before I was aware of how the grinder was handled, and I had made arrangements for our commercial espresso machine to be picked up, prepared for freight shipping and shipped through UPS freight. After many emails asking for tracking info, I finally received a tracking number, but it was for Pilot Freight, not UPS. Well, here it is almost the end of January and guess what? Rumor has it that there was one attempt for delivery and now the machine is missing. A 220lb. $4,500 espresso machine is missing? I have now contacted UPS corporate to escalate this issue and to file a complaint with this UPS store. I once again had to refund the buyer their money, but now I'm out the $4,500 and who knows how long it will be before I get reimbursed for that! I originally saw the low reviews and hoped that maybe that was under old management, but that is clearly not the case. He doesn't care how much money you're out and just gives you the run around when you want answers. It's almost impossible to get a hold of him on the phone because it will say the mailbox isn't set up. I'm surprised UPS allows a franchise owner to run a store this way. I will drive twice as far rather than go to this UPS store. read more

YIKES! I have never had an issue with the UPS store until now. A package sent two-day ground took over two weeks to arrive and it was not during the holidays. The documents were time sensitive as I explained to the store owner when selecting the proper shipping method. When the envelope did not arrive I went to the store to track it and request a refund. I went to the store four times (they do no answer the phone) requesting a refund and each time was told by the owner that UPS corporate would refund me with a check in the mail (?!) . He also told me twice he had "filed a claim" to process my refund, but could not give me a claim number, and later said I had misunderstood. I finally e-mailed UPS with my complaint, sent the tracking information, and requested a refund. Since an initial e-mail requesting the tracking number, to which I responded and provided, I have never heard back. (In the meantime, I used another method to re-send the documents.) A couple of days before this, I went to the same store (the only one in town) to shred some papers. I had them in a paper shopping bag and asked the clerk if they do shredding. She said, No. I asked her to check. The owner appeared and said, Yes. The bag was weighed, I paid, and as I walked away I saw the bag of financial and other documents still sitting on the counter as others were helped! They remained there as I drove away while customers were being helped. I now wonder if they were even shredded. In the past UPS has done the shredding in front of me. The clerk did not know they did shredding and, for all I know I paid $20 to have the bag placed on the floor and eventually placed in the trash. I won't return to this location, which means I won't be using UPS as long as I live here. YIKES. read more

I have never seen a UPS store ran so poorly!!! There customer service skills are absolutely horrible and their knowledge of sending pkgs internationally are absolutely zilch!!! I spent $132.00 to send a pkg to France Oct 3 and it was returned 2 times-the gentleman at the UPS store took absolutely no responsibility for his negligence in improperly filling out the paperwork but was very quick to blame us and the foreign postal workers-he never once apologized for the inconvenience and he never called to update us as to the status of the package after we kept going to the store to see what has happened to it!!!! The third time around my daughter got her package but it was soooo destroyed and some of the contents were broken!!! There was sooo much tape wrapped around the box that the UPS store obviously kept taping it after each return to just fix his mistakes to just resend it out!!! There was soooo much tape on the box that she had to score all edges of the box just to open it up to see the contents!!!! I NEVER recommend using this UPS store!!!! They have no idea what they are doing!!! read more

Do not shop at this store. I ordered print outs of 8 sheets and paid a whopping 78 cents for it. When I picked it up, the owner got my order wrong. When I asked her about it, rather than try to correct the problem, she copped an attitude with me immediately. She made NO ATTEMPT to correct the order at all. I asked for my money back and dropped the papers on her desk. Since it was two sheets of paper, it floated down and landed against her computer monitor and she accused me of throwing the papers at her. It was completely ridiculous.... this woman was obviously looking for a fight. I asked her for the phone number to contact corporate, and she refused to give it to me. She made no attempt to right their mistake and refused to find any way to help me for 78 cents. She was willing to lose a regular customer and create a problem for 78 cents. A person who acts like this should not be in a customer service business. Avoid the UPS Store. read more

Do not try to send any package from this store if it is important that it arrive quickly. I was recently charged $63 for next-day postage and was told the letter would arrive by noon the following day. The letter took three days to arrive and would have cost less if I had taken that option. Do not trust these individuals. read more
