He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing.

I recently started my small clothing business and needed shirts printed through DTG processing. Upon pickup, I reviewed each shirt to find that 17 were correctly printed EXACTLY how my example image was and 13 weren't. The 13 either contained a slanted design or shifted design. I am still confused on how this could happen with a company who has been in business for over 30+ years! After explaining the misprints to Margie, the order fulfillment manager, she advised that the misprints were my fault. She stated that it was due to the nature of my design. It was a linear design that should have been visually aligned on each shirt as it was on my example, and just how it was on 17/30 shirts THEY printed. It makes no sense that if the design was faulty, that 17 shirts could be printed correctly. Her solution in this matter was to blame the customer. Also, if there was a clearly visual misprint on even one shirt, why not make adjustments or contact the customer! I will never work with this company again as this was a very discouraging experience for a young business owner. I am stuck with an inconsistent order and it is a sunk cost for my business. I've attached a photo of what most misprints look like vs what should've been. Not recommended at all!

The final products were badly printed with barely any attention to detail. The DTG printing looked very nice on a few of the shirts in my order but most of the shirts designs look very faded red. I was told that the reason for the red looking faded is because they did not apply enough pretreatment to the shirt before printing. That is the lack of attention to detail that I refer to. Like i said before, some shirts look great but others look horrible. My order is completely inconsistent. Since my small business sells these T-shirt's, this inconsistent quality is a huge problem. If you're looking for T-shirt printing in Miami then your best bet is to look for another printing company. Especially if you care about your printing quality. We came for wedding invitations…read moreand a uncalled for racist comment was made by George saying people of my culture are usually late to weddings so we should put a different start time for our ceremony. Nonetheless still tried to work with him in regard to getting our invitations done. During our meeting we talked in detail and sent photos of how we want our invitations to look as an example for the sample. The samples that we received looked NOTHING like the inspiration we gave him. He decided to ignore everything we said and make his own sample invitations. After going back and forth we respectfully asked for a refund of our deposit (we did not approve any samples). Our event planner spoke with him and he said he would give us a refund minus the samples that were made. Now he has not give us our refund, completely ghosted us and has not responded to any of our emails or calls. It is at the point it is being handled with the card company. It should have never gotten to this point. Stay away from this business. Making your wedding invitations should be fun and he makes every step of the process a headache.

I needed about 200 shirts and sweatshirts screen-printed for FIU Medicine. I called about 10 places…read morein the Miami/Broward area for quotes, and found that GN Signs had the best deal. I (being technologically-impaired) thought that sending a picture of what I wanted printed would suffice, but the owner's son called to explain that the design had to be done in a certain format so it could be enlarged without getting grainy. Since I was unable to do it myself, he graciously had another employee design it properly and sent me a proof within the day. I made several changes, but they worked with me in a quick manner until it was exactly what I wanted. I had the shirts/sweatshirts shipped from the supplier directly to them and they had the entire order done in about 6 business days (as promised). I was a little nervous that the lower price would mean lower quality, and also nervous because there were no Yelp reviews for them, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how great everything turned out!! And I have washed the shirts without the print fading or peeling. I will definitely be using them again, and wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is having similar doubts about the lack of Yelp reviews. Thanks again GN Signs!!
