This store has friendly, knowledgeable staff. Sometimes it gets very busy (Christmas time), after work hours, and a queue forms. But with a little patience one is able to get their package handled. The store manager Sharon works hard to keep things moving efficiently. read more

I am incredibly disappointed in the service I received at the Columbus, IN UPS store and from the corporate office. I brought 3 packages to send to 3 different people in 3 different states. The person behind the counter put all 3 labels on the wrong boxes. Not a single one went to the proper address. This should've been a simple fix. It could have been so easy to do the right thing but it turned into a fiasco. I went in immediately after the recipients relayed to me that they had the wrong package. I was treated like an idiot and a liar by the manager. (I have her name but I and being respectful.) She wouldn't listen to my issue and basically I just had to leave. All 3 of the recipients had to pay AGAIN to have the box they received sent to the correct addressee. I had my daughters then call to help get a refund at the very least and they were also treated with disrespect. The manager said she would speak to her supervisor and get back with me but the only call I got from her was to inform me that she would NOT be speaking with my daughters again and abruptly hung up. My daughters then escalated this complaint to the corporate office and spoke with a representative 3 or 4 times. He also said he would respond but WE had to continuously call to get updates. He "seemed" sympathetic but eventually caved and did not refund my money, even though he said it was UPS store #2382's mistake and acknowledged that the customer service was very poor! From now on, we will ONLY be using the post office or Fed Ex. I don't know how this store is still operating with their terrible customer service, rude employees and ridiculous mistakes and policies. I'm not the only one to complain - check out the other reviews. Tsk tsk tsk. This place has really gone down hill. I have been going there maybe 2-3 times a month since moving to the East side of Columbus a few years ago. They used to be quick and friendly but now they usually only have 1 employee working behind the counter so there is ALWAYS a very slow moving line. The employees who work there aren't "unfriendly" but I feel sorry for them as they always look completely stressed out because they are so short staffed. read more

I placed a print order with store# 2382 for my business. It was set on the due time of 11/17 at 12:00pm EST. I arrived at the store with the order confirmation just after the due time. The lady I spoke with took the order confirmation over to the store manager. The store manager began screaming obscenities at me because I did not email my order to the store. I was called an "idiot" who should have "emailed the f-ing order to the store." She began slamming things around in an aggressive manner. I was absolutely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism of this store manager. I canceled my order. This place does not deserve your business. read more

They do it all! Regular mail, ups, etc! The staff is really quick and if you forget to print out your label- will even help you print it! Btw- if you are bringing a fedex package to a ups location to ship it out... there is no help for you. read more

I had an urgent print need that was a bit complicated requiring printing on cardstock and cutting perfectly. On a test print they realized the front and back were off and called me immediately. I almost gave up on it but they offered their designer would be in office in a few minutes and offered to help proactively. They not only fixed the design, print, cut and stack it neatly, they did it all just in time for me to make it for my meeting. Very nice. read more

I have made several shipments from this UPS store, and the service has always been great! My experiences have been both of the 'I packed it myself' and of the 'Please take care of boxing/shipping all these items!' types of shipments. The staff members have all been pleasant, and the prices have been very reasonable. When I saw the various negative reviews, I thought I should pause to give credit where credit is due. I do not doubt the negative experiences of others, but it seems the management and staff are working hard to earn my business - and I appreciate them. :-) read more

All of the staff are always professional and very helpful treating me kind and being pleasant. I always get a smile and warm greeting as soon as I come in the door. When I call to ask questions the staff are knowledgeable and always have a answer for me. read more

Read google reviews also. I went in to mail package to daughter in Philadelphia. A very pleasant woman measured the baskets I was sending and got a box for them. She proceeded to tell me price for bad and shipping, which I thought was reasonable. I realized I had forgot street address and told her I would have to return. When I returned the pleasant woman was not there, and I was waited on by a very UN-pleasant woman. She measured the baskets and got a box and said it would be $10.00 dollars more! I told her about prior visit and the cost it would be and she told me she did not know how the other girl got that number. She repeated that several times. Well needless to say I took my business elsewhere and sent my baskets out at the cost the pleasant lady told me! I hope the owners do something about their employee's rudeness before they lose more business. read more

I screen print in my spare time and had a job that required a few hundred sheets of card stock to be cut. I usually cut by hand, but I was pressed for time, so I thought I'd give the UPS store a whirl. The three employees behind the register seemed really confused about what I needed: "cut this paper to 5x7" please". After a few minutes of awkward looks and huffs and puffs, one of the three went in the back and took care of it for me. The cut job was great, well worth the $5 I paid but the confusion of the staff was a little unsettling to me. Maybe it was just an off-day. Or maybe I'm the only weirdo who screen prints a few hundred 5x7" prints in my spare time... read more

I REGRET using UPS. First it is extremely costly, you pay extra for the service they will frequently lose/steal important stuff and don't pay for damages. You are better off with any other postal service. read more

Just dropping off a package when I realized I didn't have the mailing label. A business card was slapped down on the counter by a less-than-happy-to-see-me clerk. She told I could email to the address on the card and they could print it but would have to "come back" to me. I certainly didn't expect them to hold the line while I got myself together, but I didn't realize that "come back" meant after she and one other person waited on everyone else in line (approximately 12 or so). After waiting at least 15 minutes after I had let her know I had emailed the label to their address, they continued to wait on other customers coming in the door. I just left. Their attitudes and customer service could use a lot of work for sure. read more
