The inside is very narrow but makes it easy for the line to flow. All of the workers I have dealt with in the past have been friendly and nice. I've always found that post offices in smaller towns are much better than in the cities.

They quoted me $92, not because it was heavy but because of the size of the box. Needless to say I opted to try something else. I called The Mailbox store and spoke to a guy who explained that the charge is based not only the weight but the size of the box. He said they have multiple boxes for sale and if I came in, we could try and find a cheaper solution. I stopped in on the way home and after a couple of different "fittings" we found the smallest box that would fit the coat. Total cost including the box $47. This store is under new ownership and I highly recommend them for any shipping needs plus whatever other services they provide.

Employee stated he's not in, he'll be in on Monday. When I mentioned the problem, knowing that mail delivery has been farmed out to USPS in Newburgh and we are missing mail or having it sent back with yellow stickers, he shrugged his shoulders, unconcerned and said, "yeah, Newburgh can't do their job." No concern at all.
