5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

It was the first time I had ever tried the new method, and I was a bit uncertain if it would work, since it was a new service, and sometimes there can be issues in between two companies working together where you show up and things aren't as promised. I was also hesitant because this location seemed very small and local, and I wasn't sure if they would have the new service. I parked in the back of the building where there is a decently sized parking lot, walked around to the front and entered through the diminutive entrance. I walked into a small, quiet, but very neat and clean store. From the corner a single clerk walked by and up to the counter and greeted me, and allayed all my fears. He was incredibly courteous, knowledgable, and pleasant to work with, explaining the entire process and how it worked between the UPS and Amazon as we did it step by step. I would highly recommend visiting this UPS Store location, mainly because of the clerk, for your shipping needs in general.

He said they have multiple boxes for sale and if I came in, we could try and find a cheaper solution.
