She went above and beyond and was pleasant to work with. There was no line and it was clean and organized with great service with a smile ( ok she had a mask on so a smeyes) ... Rudest customer service ever! We were yelled at for asking to borrow the priority tape for our…read morepriority package. We travel a lot and every post office in all the different states we have been to have allowed us to do so. Except this one. We were yelled at saying the policy changed three years ago and how all the other post offices are wrong. The tirent, Bernadette, then bathed how she is the shop steward and how she always has to correct people on this. I don't give a rat's ass who you are, don't yell at me. A simple sorry we no longer give out would have sufficed. We also over heard her complain to a customer that she can not lift heavy things because she just had surgery and continued with her grumpiness. It is no the customer's fault you came back to work too soon. Perhaps a job where you do not lift or deal with customers would suit her better.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Plenty of parking available. Need better signage for entrance.read more

I went in this morning and was waited on by a woman of Indian descent. I had my package on the…read morecounter as I was waiting for assistance. when she came out she didnn't utter a word of greeting but just took the package and weighed it. Offered me two ways to send it and after I made my choice I paid her by handing her the money and she just threw the receipt and my change on the counter. I think she needs to be trained to greet people when they arrive and give the customers and exercise courtesy when exchange money. I am normally outgoing and friendly but she gave me no reason to exchange greeting; hello or goodbye. Dr. Tom Viviano

Despite the tiny size, this post office is THE only one in this small town…read more I give mad props to this place - they can handle volume like no other and still have a smile on! If I had to encounter old cougars and even OLDER gentlemen, I totally would kill myself from their rudeness and incompetence! I don't like the fact that prices are constantly on the rise (rightfully so). But I hate the new implementation of the size/volume envelope rule! Just weigh the damn thing and put postage! Now we have to worry about the width/thickness etc etc! Best bargain - the flat rate Priority mail boxes. Even though they are the size of shirt boxes, I was able to mail home half my wardrobe - jeans, shirts, tees, tanks - all weighing at least 15 lbs/box but only paid $9/each. Anyhow, friendly and hard-working diligent employees! Something rarely seen by US government these days!
