Within a day, I received a text stating that the item was no longer in-stock, & I was offered a substitute item, but it was an item I actually already owned. The person I was texting with took the time to find that item & coordinated for it to be shipped to them the next business day so that it can be sent out to me. However, when I ordered, I had somehow put the incorrect address, so it was sent back, after all of their hard work. I was immediately contacted to get the correct address, & it was shipped back to me, without an additional shipping charge that I offered to pay for my mistake. Above & beyond is the bare minimum way I can describe their customer service! Your kindness is truly appreciated & you have a customer for life!

She then made her rounds in the store offering more treats to everyone. That was my first impression of this place and I was WOWED! We started to shop and this place has EVERYTHING! They have new and old items so if you're looking for a great baby gift or fun and handmade gift for a friend this place is where you should shop. When I walked in a few minutes before closing, the two ladies working were still kind and welcoming. They didn't make me feel rushed at all. There wasn't too much inventory but I ended up with a really cute grey blazer for work $20, a butter dish $1.50, and a beautifully giving spider plant with a vase $5. They were having a 50% off moving sale so I managed to get some scores. The only thing I passed on was the rose brooch and I'll forever regret it haha.
