This little thrift store is a cute find. there is a wide variety of items and things are pretty…read morereasonably priced. I wouldn't say the items were super modern or nice. Not many name brand items. But it seems like a thrift store with a good cause and is helping their community!

If you want to be passive-aggresively mocked, followed around as if you're a thrift store bandit,…read moreand rushed through your shopping experience, this is your place. That's how it went for me. I chose this store because I thought they cared about people and did good due to their having a homeless outreach using space in their building. I came in around 2:45, 3pm one weekday afternoon in December 2025. I needed to get a work uniform for my new job. I wasn't in a hurry, and it was not close to closing time, so I looked around and took my time shopping. One lady worker was talking to another behind me as I was trying on used shoes (that were probably donated and costed the store nothing). She said she was going to have to go do her walk-through, then came and hung out where I was. The worst offender was a very old red-headed lady who was the cashier that day. I had found a couple of things I was going to buy and browsed some more. Meanwhile, said cashier and some ladies who were shopping had this back-and-forth going on...it was supposed to be about a Christmas sale that was going on, but why would they say "You would think people would take the hint." What? Hint to what, buy the clothes on the Christmas rack? No. That's not what it was. The employee(s) were making stupid remarks to make me uncomfortable and to try and hurry me out of their fine, fine second-hand store. I spent $15 cash and got a used dress shirt for $9 and a pair of black flat "dress" shoes that fell apart as soon as I tried to wear them. I was very regretful to have spent a dime on sub-par thrift store merchandise of any kind at Riley's Treasures, but especially the shoes as it was embarrassing to have had to wear them to work that first night. The only treasure was when I got outside the building and didn't have to hear the whiny, nagging voices of those biddy hens any longer. Truth, from yours trulyxoLBR.
