They were ok with it in the beginning, but when she added on 1 more they started giving her a hard time... I have ordered through their website multiple times, and it feels like it was updated in 2005... Its very hard to search through, and the pictures are... old... I'm not asking for 4k, but maybe update the pictures a little? I have ordered the plaques that I need in person, and I really haven't had an issue aside from them being short. I have a decent amount of patience, so I shrug it off... They also have an amazing selection! They also have a ton of parking! It feels like it was a gas station years ago that they converted lol! All in all, they do great work! Their only downfall is their kurtness...

They don't type orders, they hand write them and so I've had some things come out wrong because whoever did the order mistook the order person's handwriting. I will say they are always apologetic and fix it for free, but it seems like a waste of the owners money, but well that's just my opinion. Service can also be great at times and spotty other times, depending on who you get. I guess they're lucky they're close to me and priced decently, or I might shop around.

After purchased a bronze badge directly from cemetary for my brothers mausoleum directly from the cemetary, they were not able to have custom engraved. Knowing nothing about engraving I came to learn bronze is a extremely hard metal to engrave . I spent 3 months asking different jewelers/trophy places and no one could help. I stumbled upon Hero's Salute Awards & Engraving via a Google search and sent an email. The owner responded very quickly and said they could absolutely do it. The next day I drove there, showed the bronze badge and again he confirmed he could do the custom engraving. My brothers one year anniversary of passing was 10 days away and I asked if it could be done rather quickly to have it mounted on mausoleum by 2.10.2023. Not only did they do an incredible job engraving but they had it ready in 4 business days and the cemetary was able to install the same day. Genuine good people who helped me when others couldn't and treated me like family.
