The manager (I guess) was super rude, as if we caused the breakdown...um, ok...and said they would refund us but refused to give a receipt, so now we have to monitor our credit card. We get it, things break, but customer service should still be a priority. Luckily, the neighboring rental place called Dusty's had a boat available and were super nice and saved our day out.
