We rented a pontoon boat and took it out for about 40 minutes...then it broke down and we nearly…read morehit another boat and dock is it drifted around (anchor was not long enough to catch). After about 5 calls and 30 minutes, Pier 619 came to get us and pull the busted boat back. The manager (I guess) was super rude, as if we caused the breakdown...um, ok...and said they would refund us but refused to give a receipt, so now we have to monitor our credit card. We get it, things break, but customer service should still be a priority. Luckily, the neighboring rental place called Dusty's had a boat available and were super nice and saved our day out. Would not go back to Pier 619

The studio has two main classrooms, and a central area with a selection of merchandise for sale, as well as plenty of cubbies to store your things while you're in class. The studio is very popular, so it can get a little bit cramped in the classes when they're at capacity, making it a bit awkward to be able to move freely during your practice. I've only taken a few classes there thus far, but the instructors have all been very knowledgeable and I can see why it's such a popular spot.

There is also a merchandise section in the front of the store with an amazing selection of clothing, candles and other items. Allene is a wonderful instructor and makes you feel welcome to her class. The downside is I'm not a local and can't attend classes here frequently. If you are in the area make sure you take a class here
