Mr. Cruz is borderline incompentent who over promises and underdelivers. He delayed my job coming up with excuse after excuse and didn't have the decency to just say "I can't do it". Only took half a day. When they were done, you couldn't tell they were there, the site was that clean. In addition, Mike and crew put plywood down on the lawn. You couldn't tell afterwards that there was a heavy vehicle parked there. Kathy and I are happy to know that this tree will not be a danger as we start hurricane season.
