The entire staff is SO helpful if you need help deciding on a gift, and if you're lucky, you'll be greeted by a parade of small dogs upon entering! If you shop long enough, you will certainly notice the schedule of events and workshops posted in the store (or, more likely, a workshop that's in progress!). It's an impressive list with a wide variety of crafting options and skill levels. I've done two workshops so far and attended a handful of events, each one was absolutely fantastic! And last but certainly not least - there's a great cafe in the back with big tables for laptop-ing, chatting, writing - whatever you fancy, you can do it here, and with a delicious cup of coffee/tea! So lucky to have POST in my neighborhood.

We didn't have to look far, as Rozwell was lying on a display table right near the entrance! He is so cute and sniffed our hands and got a few pets. I didn't bug him too much as he seemed content to just nap. We learned that he is 20(!!!) years old and there is another shop cat that we didn't see. Moving on, this store is super cool. They have tons of interesting things including lots of crystals, clothing, accessories, gifts, jewelry, and more. The shop also has their production facility in the back. I wonder if they do tours! They are known for using actual manhole covers in Detroit to make prints on clothing, which I think is really cool and would make a great souvenir for any Detroit lover. I had a blast looking around at everything and loved some of the vintage prints on shirts, as well as what I assume are original designs.
